We liked the atmosphere at Dlux and the service wad good. We made a reservation for two and got a nice table inside. We ordered... mojitos, cheese curds, three sliders, and a bacon and egg sandwich. The curds were very good. They were hot and crispy and hada lovely seasoning. The filling of the sliders and sandwich were delicious, however....the buns were terrible. It was likeeating air and sand at the same time. If they got some local buns it would easily be a five star rating. Do not order anythingwith a bun here unless you want to be disappointed. Read more

We really enjoyed the cheese curds and our sides, but neither of us loved the burgers. There wasn’t much for texture,... everything was pretty soft and overall just wasn’t worth the price. I would take a burger from Mooyah over DLUX any day. Read more

My mother and I came in for a pleasant dining experience but instead we were greeted by tainted food and semi-rude staff. She... took a bite out of her burger and found what appears to be a wrapper for cheese. Before this mishap even happened we asked for asingular red-velvet milkshake to take photos of and of course enjoy. The server had split it and over piled whipped topping ontop. When asked to remake the shake it wasn’t attempted to even look presentable enough for a picture or like the otherdiners. I have attached a photo of the paper that came out of the burger. Read more
Best burger I've had in a long time, solid (but brief) tap list, and creative & delicious cocktails. Fast, courteous service as... soon as we walked in and throughout the drinks/meal. The thing I love most about places like this, is the feeling of comfort assoon as you walk in - like meeting up with an old friend - yet this was the first time I've been to DLUX. Really ahole-in-the-wall feeling despite the fact that it's located in one of the busiest areas in Madison. Whatever they are doing,they're doing it right! Read more
Always enjoy coming back here. Food, ambience, and service is a solid 10/10. Love the outdoor patio dining with a beautiful view... of the Stare Capitol. We went in on a Sunday night and we were immediately seated. Ordered the famous pickles fries, youcan’t visit DLUX and not order the pickle fries. Also we got the cheese curds and wings , loved them both. The spicy Hawaiianburger was a group favorite and so was the impossible standard. The impossible burger tasted so much like the real burger. WELLDONE!! The burgers are of premium quality, one of the best burger places in town. Simply Superb!! The drinks are a 10/10 aswell. I am sad that they no longer have the salmon burger on the menu. 10/9 1:00 pm. Cheese curds are excellent, some of the best I've had. The salt and pepper in the better is a great addition to a... classic. I'd like to leave a 5 star review but the service was so weak and it was slow with wiith staff standing around leaning.I only went to try the curds and it seems to have upset the server as attentive is not a word I would use. Kept trying to ask ifwe wanted something else. I'd normally tip over 40% on such small tickets as well, if the service was ok. Read more
