I’ve heard good things about Everly, but they blew our experience out of the park. Not only is the food fantastic, the service... was out of this world. We had the privilege of being helped by Eja that day and she was so friendly and more than willing tohelp when we were so indecisive about what to get. She was honest and gave good suggestions. She was so happy and friendly andwilling to put up with our nonsense. In addition, the food is incredible. I got the biscuits and gravy. I don’t eat pork soit’s rare that it’s an option for me but this was a chicken gravy and it was amazing. The biscuits were delicious on theirown, so the eggs and gravy just elevated it. The potatoes were incredible! We got the house aioli added to dunk the potatoes inand I highly recommend doing that to anyone reading this. My friend got the veggie scramble and she doesn’t typically liketomatoes in her eggs but went out on a limb and listened to Ejas suggestion and she’s thrilled she did. She loved it and wewere just about licking our plates by the end. Not pictured, I ordered the French toast to go for my husband at home, and ratedit as second best in Madison. I think that’ll spike up to best in Madison once he has it fresh rather than take out that hadto sit in my car for a half hour while I drove home. Unique dining experience with unique menu. See pics! I had the veggie burger just because I like them and added a sunny side up... egg for just a $1 plus change more, YUM! The curry was tasty that my wife had but it was VERY spicy. If you like spicy, thengo for it! The chicken sandwich was surprisingly good. Not a big fan of kale, but it was a fresh kale salad and a good portionsize if that is what you like! Read more
Vegan breakfast burrito was meh. The kale salad and potatoes that came with made up for it. The everly mimosa is amazing and... their iced oat milk latte was spot on! I would come back for the ambience and drinks but order a different entree. Read more
Very good service and awesome food. This was our first visit on Friday, we had reservations and we wanted a specific table they... provided te table of our choice. The food came on time and server was very pleasant and made sure we got what we ordered shekept on checking with us if we need anything and food taste . The food we ate was very good , we ordered fish fry being FridayI truly love it . Read more
Visited Everly for a date night recently. The staff and atmosphere were really great. Service was also very quick even though... the restaurant was busy. I would highly recommend the meatball appetizer— so tasty! We also had the kimchi and carrotappetizer which we enjoyed. I had a latte which was delicious. The entrees themselves were good. Wow was I surprised!! The moment we walked in the atmosphere was so warm and beautiful. I ordered an iced mocha and the flavor... was a little off so I asked for a different latte (honey and cinnamon). It was better but not the best. BUT THEN the food cameout and I could not believe my taste buds…it was incredible. The food was absolutely outstanding. The salad was perfectlydressed with a light, delicious dressing and the curry was so incredible. The only reason this is a 4 star is due to the drinks.However, I highly recommend trying this place out if you are ever in Madison, WI. Read more
We sort of ended up at Everly on accident after our original plans fell through, lucky us! We came in right during dinner rush... on Saturday to celebrating our wedding anniversary and originally said we’d wait at the bar for a table, then we decided tostay at the bar because the bartenders on duty were both utterly delightful to talk to! We had several of their cocktails,including their special for the month. All were delicious and well made! Word to the wise — we were debating between trufflefries and the cauliflower fundito for an appetizer and one of the bartenders recommended getting both and dipping the fries inthe fundito sauce — game changer! Instead of ordering the truffle fries, though, I ended up having the Steak Frites as myentree and that seriously may be the best order of steak frites I’ve ever had. Steak was perfectly cooked and they served itwith an herbed butter that was absolutely delicious. My spouse got their short ribs and that too was spectacular. So happy weended up at Everly! Read more
