This is no doubt one of the best restaurants in Madison. The food is amazing and all the dishes are delicious. The staff are... incredibly nice and helpful too- It can be a bit busy at nighttime but it definitely worth the wait! If you are looking forsome authentic Asian cuisine, I cannot emphasize that you need to try this place out! Read more
This is my first time there and I parked just right outside the street and panicking- they are SO friendly and helpful in... getting the food done ASAP and delicious (of course!). Go for their spicy food. We love it (not for the kids)! Read more
Great array of Chinese fare with good whole fish, though ironically for the restaurant's name (Fugu Asian Fusion) they do not... serve Fugu, and only serve a few fusion dishes covering more common American fusion cuisine, i.e. crab rangoon Read more
My mao's braised pork belly was so delicious, the waitress was nice & attentive, asked me if I had any questions and if I was... familiar with the dish, asked if I needed a new tea bag, hot water or both, asked if I wanted more rice, you can get authenticChinese dishes here or chinese-american dishes. Even though the restaurant was packed due to holiday, the food and service was exceptional. The lovely lady who sat us explained... the menu extensively, made recommendations, served us, and checked on us often — she treated us like VIPs. We couldn’t stopeating, and we didn’t until it was GONE. Delicious. Seating was snug but with treatment and cuisine like this, it’s not aproblem. Being surrounded with diversity and beautiful ethnicities is just another reason why I enjoy Madison. I’m gratefulfor Fugu and the Asian culture they share. Looking forward to our next visit. Some of the best Chinese that I have eaten. They offer true Sichuan cuisine. You can get the Americanized stuff, but why? Be... adventurous. The flavors would stop us in our tracks. It doesn't offer fancy surroundings, but more than makes up for it inflavor. Top it off with a Nigori sake and life is good! Read more
Staffs are very polite and helpful with everything. It was first time at Fugu Madison. Most of the food are spicy. We don’t... like spicy so we don’t have that much option. To be honest, presentation was really good but taste wasn’t. Maybe It’s notfor me but taste is nothing like no seasoning or sauce. Read more
