First time in, coming because a friend raved about the baked goods. My 4-shot latte and chocolate croissant are exceptional. The... croissant texture is just terrific. EDIT: In reading other reviews, I encountered one by a ?Joan?. As a longtime Food &Beverage guy, I can tell you that anyone reading her 1-star review gets a much worse impression of her as a person than theyever would of Grace Coffee.???? Read more

Worst service ever 6/2/22. Asked for coffee in to-go cup, got it for here instead. French Toast came without fork or knife or... napkins, no knives available at counter. When I asked for napkins, I got two and asked for more. When I explained that this wasexceedingly poor service, "Kali" told me she had been busy. I told her that was no excuse, and she agreed, giving me a $5.00coupon. These employees often claim they are busy, yet they are often talking on their phones and are oblivious to customers, asI have had to literally shout at them to respond. Seattle Coffee Culture in Madison, including the authentic Seattle Freeze. The Manager woman with the pony tail is consistently... rude. The food is often stale and sometimes the berries are rotten. This is a dangerous business to give money to; it supportsthis snobby culture that took over the greater Seattle area. Watch out Madison! Rudeness is coming. Read more
Great pastries, coffee and location! FOOD: I am a huge fan of their amazing patties! You don?t want to miss out on their fruit... danish, croissants and Açaí Bowls! Coffee: Cold Brew, Miel & Chai Tea are my top favorites! Every once in a while I?ll grab aRed-bull Italian Soda if you like Energy Drinks! Location: It?s great! I ordered the berry French Toast through doordash and I thought they would have common sense enough to put the compote and syrup... on the side since it was a delivery. I was going to request it in the special instructions but they had the special requestoption set to ?not allowed to do special request?. Fast forward to me receiving the order, they just threw some syrup on and Inow have dry French toast with no syrup because it?s dried up. On top of that it says ?fresh berry compote? on the menu and yetI was only sent a handful of cut up blackberries and strawberries, which is not a compote. The bread is good, which is why Igave 2 stars, but I just wish after spending $16 I could enjoy it. Read more
