5/5 had the spicy beef Noodle soup, 4 Lamb skewers, and the tofu salad ($65 total) and each item was superb. The lamb was so... tender and juicy, and the beef Noodle soup... Omg. Out of all the soups that I've had throughout my life, this is in the top 3best I've ever had, and I've had a lot of soups from all over the world. Awesome food, with plenty of vegetarian options! The food is a bit on the sweeter side for my taste, but still delicious. I had... take out so the scallion pancakes were a bit cold, but even then they tasted better than most other restaurants? scallionpancakes when they?re hot! Didn?t want to write a bad review but after the bad dining experience I have to . The appetizers were ok but then the entrees... (spicy beef noodle) were lukewarm, grease and separated oil all on top, refrigerated very over cooked beef, overcooked egg, notspicy or hot or flavorful, nothing seemed fresh. We did not complain or ask for any discount and paid our bill and left butthen the chef chased us half a block away demanding to know why we did not like the food. we simply said we did not enjoy itand gave reasons but any reason he disagreed and said we did not understand Chinese food. Fabulous!!! Got the sesame cold noodles - delicious and seemingly authentic. The server was super nice. The ambience is stylish... with Asian motifs. Loved the back patio, so beautiful at dusk. Can?t wait to go back. Read more
