This is just one of those garbage ghost pop-up places that garbage franchises started to do during the pandemic to try and sell... more food because no one wants to buy their microwaved premade trash. This isn't a wing place, it's just Chili's trying to pawnoff their disgusting food in an even worse way. Want good wings since Madison apparently sucks for wings? Honestly the worst wings and flavors I?ve had, my wings came doused in sauce to the point where they were soggy,, the curly... fries were soggy and tasted like they were in a microwave. We ordered wings for curbside pick up and upon arriving we checked in through their website and were informed to wait for our... order to be delivered to our car. After 25 minutes of waiting I finally decided to enter the Chili?s and check on the status ofour order. There was no one present at the receptionist/checkout counter to help me however I did see a shelf with our ordersitting there ready and prepared. The only thing I was missing was two drinks which an employee eventually got mean. Uponreturning home I opened our order and realized the 11 boneless wings I had ordered were actually 8 bone in wings. My overallexperience with ?it?s just wings? was very poor.
