Honestly the worst wings and flavors I?ve had, my wings came doused in sauce to the point where they were soggy,, the curly... fries were soggy and tasted like they were in a microwave. I?m glad that they?re sending the food hot but when I get drenchedfrom the condensation in the box it?s a bit frustrating. We ordered wings for curbside pick up and upon arriving we checked in through their website and were informed to wait for our... order to be delivered to our car. After 25 minutes of waiting I finally decided to enter the Chili?s and check on the status ofour order. There was no one present at the receptionist/checkout counter to help me however I did see a shelf with our ordersitting there ready and prepared. The only thing I was missing was two drinks which an employee eventually got mean. Uponreturning home I opened our order and realized the 11 boneless wings I had ordered were actually 8 bone in wings. My overallexperience with ?it?s just wings? was very poor. They aren?t kidding when they say stupid prices. $16 for 16 wings and two sides of fries, with delivery by DoorDash. How is it... possible? I am stupefied, because the wings were all decent size - nothing small about them. The fries portions were more thangenerous and the delivery was fast and contactless. I tried the mango habanero sauce and while it took about 3 wings before thefull flavor kicked in, it really was delicious! If you like wings, try this delivery only option! Read more
Basically it is Chili's... The app needs fixing. I need to be able to have the wings plain, but have flavors as a side for each... 11 wings.... Also the auto voice when you call says you can head in and place an order. Apparently, you cannot do that. YouHAVE to use the app. That's what a worker at Chili's told me. Read more
