We had a large event ordering 20 boxes of the 30 mini Jimmy sandwiches split in two nearby locations (600 total sandwiches each... wrapped on its own). Shawn was helpful in placing the order. The delivery was right on time to each location and orders wereaccurate and easily labeled- I missed the name of the delivery person but they were great! We ordered a box that had two typesof ?unwiches? for each location and the individual sandwiches had even been labeled. Paused delivery to UW Hospital for 2 weeks for some reason, did not get a reply when I inquired on their feedback form. Today I... ordered and it said a notification that deliveries may be delayed, it arrived in 10 minutes! Read more
The blonde and red headed girls were fast. Their sandwiches were made perfectly, mayo in every bite.
I submitted an online order tonight, when I showed up the store looked closed. As I was about to leave the guy working came out... with my order and apologized for the confusion with the lights off. The shop had lost power in the crazy storms today and wasrunning on a back up generator that couldn't support the outside lights. Talk about going above and beyond, he had stayed openand he offered me free chips and cookie for the confusion. Way to impress JJ! Read more
Coach and Max were awesome during my last visit. We accidentally ordered from the wrong location, and Coach took it upon... himself to call the other store, cancel the order, and make the whole thing at this store. The sandwiches were great, and bothof these guys were super helpful and nice. Will definitely come back. Read more
Walked in and said hi twice and NOT ONE of the numerous employees in front said hi. Some girl with pig tails looked at us twice... and didn't say anything to us. She proceeded to make sandwiches with her hair down with the braided pigtails in the front of herbody im sure thats questionable for food service. Her alone would be a reason to not go back. I called to place a large catering order - I admit I called right at 12:30 which looking back was poor timing as I can only... imagine how busy they are for lunch. When I called the person who answered was pretty rude and had an attitude right away, andtold me ?call another time, like not during lunch.? I completely understand calling at a later time - I just wish they had beena little nicer when saying so. I decided to call a different jimmy johns location after 2PM because I was worried if I calledthis location again I would be greeted with an attitude right away. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but I?m working too -I was calling because my boss wanted this order put in ASAP. Happy to accommodate people?s needs but I just ask that people benicer to customers on the phone in the future when the customer has not been rude/demanding. Read more
Consistently arrives 1-2 hours later for delivery & customer service is the most terrible I?ve ever experienced. Save your money... and time by buying elsewhere. Read more
