Ordered some 8+ box lunches for a business meeting only to find out I actually needed them an hour earlier. I called and the... gentleman was able to get them done immediately and by the time I quickly drove over they were ready to go! One of the gentlementold me to have a blessed day which was just the icing on the cake to fully take away the stress I had with the meeting timechange. Very thankful for the accommodation that was made, especially with how tight employment is right now! Very impressed! Read more
Called and placed a order for work. 3 sandwiches. Placed the order at 1pm had not heard anything so called the store around... 2:15 They said it was out for delivery. 3pm still nothing. I drive to the store to pick it up and the location is closed. Calledthe next day "Manager" Said there is nothing he can do. Still waiting for my Refund and a call from the owner. ???? Called my 1 sandwich in 30 minutes before arrival on my lunch break. I should have known it WASN'T going to be ready when... the sloppy guy who took my order, ever so lazily, didn't even ask for my name or If I wanted to pay for it. I showed up to aline of annoyed customers. After waiting in line for 10 minutes to pay, the hunt for my non-existent number 8 began. It was nowhere to be found, go figure. They looked under a stack of mystery sandwiches, but no number 8. Looked on the pick up shelf, butno number 8. Crazy it's almost like the lazy guy just hung up the phone and never placed my order. Every time I order it?s at least 2 hours to get my food and it won?t even be good or what I ordered. Also good luck... calling?nobody will pick up most times and if they do they have an attitude. Ordered a sandwich at 3:30 and it?s 6:12 and notout for delivery and no way to cancel, since 4 phone calls have gone unanswered. Corporate, close this shop! Read more
