Reviewing as individual / non-business: Good stock and selection, clearly catering to professionals but perfectly good service... for the 'public'. And by that I mean I was left alone until I came up to the register to pay, whereupon I got promptservice. NB: all the tagged prices were higher than what I paid. Yeah, you read that right, they sandbagged themselves andlisted the price ~50% higher on the bin tags. Those listed prices were a bit high, but what I actually paid was right in linewith my expectation. So I would 100% ask if you're unsure about any pricing. If you're a serious home cook, definitely checkthis out. Read more

Very reasonable prices, yes they are a little bit higher than the Internet prices but they work with you!
The rental service is really bad . We rent a dishwasher machine from here but ran out of soap for the machine , called 3 times... no one show up to refill then the machine not working we called 2 time take 6 days still no one show up to fix . Really discountservice . Read more
Good selection of stuff. Staff can be rude or uninterested at times. I mean, it's a restaurant supply store, but it's open to... the public. While restaurant owners will put up with it, most other customers will not. I happen to be both, so 4 stars becausethey usually find what I ask them to on the business side, minus 1 star for the lack of public service. Read more
