I ordered via the mobile app. I pulled into the curbside delivery spot, clearly marked number 45 entered it into my phone and... waited and waited. It was a simple order and should not have been taking so much time. . Finally after 15 minutes of waiting,I decided to go to the drive thru and ask what was taking so long. I informed them I had been waiting at curbside #45 for 15minutes and inquired if there was a problem. This McDonald's has been a go to spot on more than one occasion for us. It is in a great location near campus/ dorms for when... we visit our daughter. And sometimes you just need a quick meal. The staff here is super friendly and many speak Spanish, abig plus! Over all this is a great option if you need McDonald's on Campus. The only thing I would improve is there seems tobe loneliness to the place. Which is weird because they have a parking lot. So, you would think more people would dine in. However, I would alleviate this weird ambience by playing upbeat music in the back ground. That would have gotten a fifth starrating out of me! haha But as is, a good choice! Read more

The speaker at the drive-thru is unintelligible. 50-50 whether your order is correct. They make good on it but leave it to the... owners to cheap out and have the employees take the heat. Read more
Truly the best McDonalds experience of my life. Hot, fresh fried and nugs and the iced coffee was perfection. 10/10 these folks... deserve a raise and I will be stopping by at midnight at the next available opportunity in hopes of having this same crew. Read more
I ate here in a pinch recently on my way home from a fishing trip. The food was great. The crowd was vibrant. Order is placed... via a kiosk, and your number is needed to claim the order. Anyway, I had no receipt, and the number flashed on the screen soquickly that I couldn't remember it. So, I felt pretty dumb having to wrangle with the manager about my order. This added to myinsecurity of being a country Kentucky dude in a very multicultural McDonald's location. Read more
I ordered on the mobile app and I ordered food with 3 ranch. To be clear I?ve worked in a McDonald?s for the past 5 years. When... I tell you I?ve never charged someone for sauce they ordered, I never did. I watched the man who clearly was a crew trainerglare at me and put one ranch in the bag. I asked if I could have two more. When I did that not only was I yelled at but so wasthe poor kid working the window. So I payed $0.50 for the sauces and got outta there. The disrespect that I keep getting at thisstore is uncalled for. At my McDonald?s you don?t get to treat people like that. I?m extremely disappointed in how thisMcDonald?s treats there costumers.
