I ordered an adult meal moo Burger. The manager could not speak good English so there was a communication issue. I was given a... child's meal and I requested a refund. The manager stated they don't give refunds. I had not eaten anything and was put off bythe attitude given & food. The owner too said they wont give refunds. I stated I'm not going to pay for anything I'mdissatisfied with, and this was not what I ordered. So that's why I'm leaving one star. I stayed that I would contact corporateto report my treatment & was just trying to enjoy Juneteenth with my child. The owner sent me a nasty text message this isit: Owner Jon: "Thank you for the photos" Now i will ask you & your kid to never order from, or come in to any of my mooyahrestaurants again." Read more
There was hair in my shake Made me very sad. I hear great reviews about the milkshakes and this is what I find. Not one but... multiple hairs :/ UPDATE: Mooyah comments on my google review saying that they want me to reach out to them to make thingsright. I emailed them twice now and they haven?t gotten back to me. Ignored both of my emails. We were attracted by the menu, locally sourced ingredients. The set up is very similar to 5 guys. Friendly staff and clean... accommodations. We sat outside and enjoyed our food. I found the burger to be a bit too salty, the queso is not what I expectedit was thick and had no flavor other than salt. The chips and fries were really good! Read more
This was a "look up and find something to eat while in a location we do not visit often/ever.". This place was great. Got our... food for four within 5-10 minutes after ordering everything was delicious. Menu has a small variety for different diets. Foodwas fresh and flavorful. BEST SHAKE AND FRIES EVER!!!!!! I picked up lunch here for the first time and was so happy. The mushroom swiss burger was great,... the fries were beyond amazing and the white chocolate peppermint shake was addictive. I am obsessed. Read more
