They had some staffing problems when I arrived shortly after opening on a Saturday, but quickly recovered. The beer selection... was about 40% less than capacity, but they still had a ton of great beers, and the burger and fries I got were great, like otherlocations I've visited. Came in at 830 pm tired from a long day. Waiter was ho hum. Ordered two beers from the tap munu only to find out the were... out... Settled for choice 3. Food order was messed up so my food was gonne before wife got hers. Had to ask to get silverwareand ask to get another beer. Good was ok. Small portions. Skip this place. Read more
We went in on a Monday night, right about 5pm. There was 1 cook, the GM (Chris) and a young man that was newly training. While... it took a bit to get our orders, we completely understood as like many places, they were short staffed, busy, and working ashard as they could. Chris was apologetic; we told him no apologies necessary. He was working his butt off trying to handle allof the tables inside and out; making sure his trainee was getting the orders placed correctly and ringing up transactions as hewent. In a time where business' are short staffed and employees who want to work are busting themselves to get it done, alittle bit of patience and empathy go a long way. Chris, we want you to know that your hard work didn't go unnoticed and comingfrom another customer service worker to you; keep up the good work, you handled it very well. Kudos to you. First time ever being there.Mr. Brews, Ft. Atkinson Wisconsin? my first impression as I walked in, seems like a very... comfortable place to enjoy a afternoon. As I was there my experience there turned out even better than I expected. Absolutely avery relaxed comfortable atmosphere. There was a band playing, Bad Habit band. They were awesome and a Very good choice. Theyplayed a variety of music. Something for everyone. The food was delicious!! And WOW the customer service was truly amazing.It?s been a very long time since seeing such friendly happy staff with great customer service skills.... Great selection of food and drink. Lots of beer on draft and tasty choices from sours to stouts. Service was great and... quick. Some parking but not much and poor parking lot. Lots of limited parking spaces. Read more
