I took my daughter up to Madison to do some school shopping. We ran across this cute restaurant so we decided to give it a try... and I am so happy we did. I LOVED the food! Literally ate my entire pasta dish!! Plus the bread as an appetizer was verydelicious! For dessert, we tried a canoli and it did not disappoint! We read reviews ahead of time. Such a love/hate going on. Gave it a try. Mediocre is about it. Salads a 3, meals a 3 with very... little flavor. Service a 2 at best. Never asked if we wanted another drink. Didn't bring more bread until we asked thehostess. They seemed more pleased with clearing plates. Of course, not the young man that was supposed to be doing that. Ifyou judge a place by the cleanliness of the bathroom you probably wouldn't eat here. It had been cleaned, but was by no meansclean. The floor is sticky and the grout and corners filthy. Don't leave a small roll of paper towels. People don't wantsomething that's been laying on a countertop. Read more
Everything we had was excellent from the bread to the Creme Brulee. The bread was served with olive oil and balsamic. The... garden salad was huge and very fresh. Visited Nonno’s during restaurant week. We ordered off of the regular dinner menu, and enjoyed the food. Staff was friendly.... They brought out complimentary bread and olive oil. I thought the fried calamari appetizer was delicious! It took us a while toget seated as we waited by an empty host stand for 5 minutes or so. We had a reservation though so once someone greeted us wehad a table right away. Read more
