The menu prices were a little more than I was expecting for the atmosphere of the restaurant. The atmosphere is casual and laid... back but prices for meals were 15 to 25 bucks. We got the fried pickles and this was my first time with this appetizer. Theywere good! I also did the burnt ends plate and it did not disappoint. Found this place near our hotel when working in Madison May 31. Appetizer of cheese curds was great. The Huntsville (brisket and... pulled pork) had great flavor, as good as any I have had elsewhere. Everything was great, loved the beans and cheesy hash brownstoo. I get it that every region has their own style and taste, but I tried all of the sauces. Used sparingly as I prefer theflavor of the meat. Overall good experience and would return. The Monday Crab Legs deal is worth it. Burnt ends are amazing (but Uber sweet unlike... the southern, more savory style). The sides are average, small and not much to talk about. Service was average. I think they arestill understaffed. There were two flies that bothered us the whole meal. Came here for lunch with a small group. The staff were very accommodating. The menu had lots of interesting sounding options.... Our food came relatively fast and we all enjoyed our food. Our specific waitress was not amazing for what seemed to be a prettyslow lunch, but I'm not going to ding the restaurant for that. I'll definitely come back. Read more

Delicious BBQ!! I had the pulled pork on Texas toast, hush puppies and baked potato. The meat was tender and flavorful, I... barely needed BBQ sauce. I highly recommend the pulled pork. The sweet sauce was delicious!! I loved the hush puppies. Iwill definitely be back to try more food. Good portions for the cost (around $14). It was wonderful that they're open past 8pmon weekdays!
