Service was terrible and no they weren't short handed it was 2 hours from sitting down, 20 minutes to get drinks, 20minutes to... come take order, 20 min for soup& salad to come, then our meal came in another 20 minutes, drink refills didn't come until wewere done eating 20 minutes. Two other tables we seated after us and were finished and out the door before we were asked aboutdessert, then the cheesecake was frozen so hard it was like eating a dairy queen cake. Delicious but frozen. Will not recommendor be back, I can get chicken Alfredo at many other places. This was the west side olive garden. Read more

I would have given 0 star if that was an option. I got served raw chicken in a chicken and shrimp carbonara. Check your food... before you eat it. The manager and waitress were fine but the kitchen and environment were not up to par. Read more

We were told that there would be an hour wait for dinner so we decided to wait outside for our text when our table was ready.... After an hour and 15 minutes our daughter’s children, all under the age of 6, started to get a bit restless so we checked atthe front. We were told that we had been texted 4 times, there was no notification on my wife’s phone. After another 15minutes we were finally seated.I would have left but it was my daughter’s choice. I can’t comment on the quality of the foodbecause I basically made a $10 donation for the soup and salad and watched the children enjoy their meals the Longhorn next doordid smell awfully appetizing though. This is a place that no one cares about. Be mindful of the card readers at the table. Even the server could not work it. She ran... it through at the server terminal. Go to a different store? IDK, a few of staff attempted to polite. Overall, it was thecheapest food that could be frozen & microwaved. Double check your receipts. Read more

Awesome food every time. I really enjoy the soup, salad, and breadsticks, but their Tour of Italy is fantastic too. It''s kind... of expensive, but it's a place I go if I want to treat myself. I have had pretty fast service during lunch time, but don't knowabout dinner time. Read more

Food was excellent. Service was not so good. Waited for our drinks for a long time. Waited even longer for refills. It was 11:30... on a Sunday we had an hour wait. Heard them talk about being short-staffed so I was more polite than I normally would have beenin that situation. Server left all the dirty dishes on our table as we finished our salad and breadsticks and alfredo sauce forthe breadsticks. Continuously stacked the breadstick containers on top of of one another instead of removing the dirty. She seemvery short tempered as well as off-putting like annoyed we were asking for more Alfredo sauce for the breadsticks and justoverall not a good experience.
