We came in 20 minutes before the kitchen closed and the staff was still really accommodating. All of the drinks we tried were... amazing. Espresso martini was the best I ever had! Food was out quick and was accurate. My only complaint is the prices. Thefood was delicious, but didn’t match the prices. $23.50 for a vegan burger? It was cooked perfectly and dressed well, but Iwould never pay that again. Read more
Food was amazing! Pretzel bites with "Secret Sauce" were yummy to start. French Onion and Baked Potato soup both excellent. Over... the Rainbow salad had super fresh ingredients. Burger and fries fresh and yummy. Also had Summer Cocktails (Joan's Jam andFarley Fly-Bye). Service was great. Do yourself a favor and give this place a shot! Read more

Great place for a nice night out. Nice bar lounge area with a great assortment of cpcktails and higher end bourbons. Food was... all fantastic, from the appetizers through to dessert. Service was prompt, polite and thoughtful. Would definately reccomend. Read more
An upscale dining experience worth having. The American and bar food staples were great and the drinks were amazing. Definitely... get the espresso martini if you have the chance! Only downside was that some dishes on the menu aren't as good as others sostick to the classics! Read more
This was my first time at Palette and I thought they did a wonderful job of creating a fun and happening restaurant in Madison.... Loved the decor and interiors of the places. Nicely done. Food, service, and ambience was perfect. We were a big group and ourserver did a fantastic job of catering to us all. The appetizers were amazing and I loved the different sauces that accompaniedit. Do try the Fries, Bavarian soft pretzels, and Cheese curds. For the main I ordered the grilled salmon and it was perfectlycooked and presented. Loved the presentation of each of the dishes. Special mention for the paint buckets shaped dish used toserve the fries. Finally the ice cream cake was the cherry on the top. It was the star of the night and the perfect way to endour Palette girls night. Check out this place for an artistic food experience! Highly recommend! Read more
Went for drinks and appetizers before a concert and loved it. Very tasty cocktails (clean slate), and the nachos, fries, and... fish tacos were all excellent. The decor is very cool and plays off the paint theme from the prior dorne paint store/supply thatwas on the property before redevelopment. We'll be back. Read more
Spectacular! Great food, service, and variety. All of the menu items here are completely delicious & high quality. Our server... was also lovely. Her name was Summer, and she was so quick and friendly. She even took photos for us! I ordered a berry salad,which was delicious. The chicken on top was very high quality. I've also had the fish tacos here, which were quite good!Everyone else in my family was also very happy with their orders and the service. Read more
