Aug 2022: Why am I credible reviewer? I eat here weekly. I thought it was time to delete my negative review because I can see... that management has made efforts to improve the service and quality of the products that they're serving. There was a prettygood stretch of time when the service was pretty bad, closing early with no sign on the door, not enough ingredients, notortillas, barely enough food in the burrito, burnt ingredients, etc. I ate elsewhere, I was tired of it. When I came back I sawpeople in polos with checklists in hand, temperature testing, assessing the quality of the product, etc. We're back in businessagain. My only concern is that it appears that the workers are overworked. Between online and in-person orders, I imagine itgets crazy. Read more
A number of the veggies were well past their prime, protein was fairly flavorless, same with the queso. Chips were good though.... Staff was friendly. Considering the other options in the immediate vacinity, there are a lot better choices. Can't say we'llbe back. Read more
Keesha is the Pinnacle Point at this restaurant! I have seen the guest line wrapped through seating, while her and that... gentleman she works with continue taking orders and fulfilling with satisfaction! The two of them are always smiling whilefulfilling orders in store and online! Please be patient when ordering online...you can't see the lines in the restaurant!;-) Top Notch Staff!!! Read more

Black beans tasted burnt, steak was dry, tough and flavorless like it had been a few hours since it was cooked, veggies were... overcooked and were well past hold time by the taste, tortillas needed more time on the grill. The salsas and sour cream haddroppings from passing burritos. I used to work at a different Pancheros so it's sad to see this one struggling. Needs betterquality control and some TLC. Read more
It takes a lot of wrong doing for me to write a review for a place and I have gave this location plenty of chances but today was... the last straw. I use to be a assistant manager at the location until I decided to quit due to the GM that took over. Since meand the rest of my staff left this store has gone downhill. They never cook tortillas right, the lobby and bathrooms are alwaysa mess. Not to mention they have the A/C on full blast so if you sit in there bring a coat and a hat. My roommate and I bothordered carnitas burritos and they were disgusting no flavor what?s so ever and they were cold. No one checks fountain bidsbecause when I went to get raspberry tea all that came out was water. Tables were dirty, drink area a mess, floor was sticky,and someone making food for customers with no uniform on smh. My biggest thing was when I got chips and queso they gave me a bagof crumbs. When I worked there I would never let my crew give the customers anything below perfection. This was a waste of timeand money and it?s so sad that the store is being ran into the ground. I come all the way from Green Bay to Pancheros because the one in my town closed so long ago, and I'm never disappointed.
