I can't say enough good about this store. They have consistently delivered the quality I would expect from Pizza Hut 30 years... ago. They have reminded me why I love Pizza Hut. I have yet to be disappointed with any order and have not received anything butstellar service since I moved to Madison early this year. The management of this location is always top notch. Any time we've had something missing, something arriving cold or wrong, or... even when we made mistakes with the order... they've always made it right. Great folks - favorite place to get wings, of allthings lol Read more
I have gotten two small pizzas when I ordered two medium. I tried to contact them as soon as I opened the box, but it seems like... they have turned off their phone for the night (it?s 8:30pm and they don?t close until 11pm) and have left us with no way tocontact the store. I know they are small pizzas because they are tiny (!) and can only handle 6 slices; whereas a medium I haveordered before has 8. Read more
Update 9/5/22: Dining room is permanently closed! This is now a takeout only location. We had boneless wings and they were... very good with high quality, tender chicken. We had the sweet chilli boneless wings and the spicy garlic wings. Both weregreat. Previous Review: (out of date now). Deluxe pizza bar is great at Pizza Hut. We love the pizza and salad bar. They alsohave their two types of baked pasta. Regular red sauce and chicken with white fettuccini sauce. Cinnamon sticks and desertpizza (apple or cherry) for desert!! YUM. I can see why this place seems to be almost going out of business! Years ago I used to visit this location occasionally and... never had any issues. Last night we decided to order pizza for carryout because it was quick and very reasonably priced. Iordered pizza online using the website. The website specifies a "left" and "right" half of the pizza. I have a very picky familymember who won't eat cheese, so I put in a note to leave cheese off the right half of the pizza (my online order specified thetoppings on that half). Well, lo and behold, the cheese was left off the wrong half of the pizza - in the store's defense, itlooks like the right and left halves are called "A" and "B" at the store. So - my first complaint which is only halfattributable to the staff (why didn't they call me to ask which half the "right half" was?) We arrived a little early to pickup the pizza, and there's a sign saying to call for carryout. So, I called, and the person working stated that my order would bedone in 4-5 minutes and they would bring it out to me. So we waited. We waited maybe 15 minutes, then my husband said to go inand see if it was ready. It was, and had been sitting in the warmer for who knows how long. Don't say you're going to bring itout if you're not! The person should have told me to come in in 4-5 minutes, which I would have been happy to do. Finally, thefood quality has really gone down. The crust was completely flavorless (we ordered hand tossed and have in the past) and thecheese bread seemed old - the cheese just came off in giant chunks rather than being melted on. Never had an issues with them delivering our pizza. Fast, hot and delicious.. though the bbq boneless wings could use more... sauce.. other than that.. that?s the only problems we have. Not enough sauce. Read more
Preordered at noon for delivery at 6pm. 6:15 the app says my order is still being made. I tried calling the store for an hour... and no one picked up. My order just sat in ?your order is being made?. No one called me to say the order would be late. The callcenter told me to call the store directly because they were open. Finally got a refund talking to a call center after gettingembarrassingly angry at the fact that they said ?call the store? and no one at the store picks up! Worst service. Read more
