We had the Detroit style ???? Pizza & it was amazing! All the pepperoni, Especially the cupped Pepperoni, It was sooo good. The... sauce on top, Everything about it was great. We also had an order of Wings which lacked a little bit on the sauce side, Howeverthe wings had a lot of great taste as well. I hope they make that Detroit Style pizza a permanent menu item, The same with thecupped Pepperoni if it's not already, So so so good. This store is on it! Great job to everyone. Read more
Usually the customer service is good. But to nite were young people working, they answer the phone and I can hear them talking... and laughing after 3 minutes they aware that I was in the phone. When I started the order they put me in hold for 5 minutes andhung up. I called once again I tried to order and the worker keep messing with my order, after I repeat my order 3 times. I askfor a supervisor and put me on hold and disconnected the call. This was Mapple valley and Mc Kee, after this I had to order mypizza at the fish hatchery place. Read more
We ordered The Edge with extra pepperoni, onion, extra cheese, easy sweet sauce and bacon on half. We also wanted reg slices.... Brought pizza home, first thing was the huge amount of Italian seasoning dumped in the center of the pizza - app didn't sayanything about it having that, found 3 tiny pieces of bacon, it was cut into squares, barely any onion, did not look like extracheese or extra pepperoni! I called the store and they said the would add a $15 credit to my phone number since even though theapp said we used the closest store to us (at just over 3 miles), we were outside of their delivery area. I ordered my pizza well-done because I like the crust crispy. But they overdid it. It was so dried out that the toppings were... crunchy and tasteless. I?m surprised they sent it out. It was not a good pizza. Read more
So I usually am a huge fan of Pizza Hut and usually go to the one on Mineral Pointe and have never had a problem. I decided to... go to this one because it was on the way home and boy was that a huge mistake. We asked for extra pepperoni, as we always do,and they stacked some of them 6-7 high. There were so many pepperonis that the pizza didn't cook enough and it was positivelyswimming in grease. You would pick up a slice and the grease would run off in a steady drip. We tried eating it anyway becausewe were so hungry but my wife and I could barely stomach it. So disappointed. Especially in a time like this I wish I wouldhave supported a small business and not the Hut. We won't be back. I'll forever equate Pizza Hut with this nasty grease ballwreck of a pizza. Read more
The service last night was wretched. Staff yelling at each other and at guests. My food had to be remade because they didn?t... know what happened to it. When asked what time my pizza would be completed. Staff response: we don?t have a manager. What a joke..don?t waste your time coming to this mess.
