Extremely disappointed. The staff working had me park in front of the store to wait for the order. I waited for about 20 minutes... when they told me it would be about 5-10 minutes. Turns out they finished my order and forgot to come out and give me my food. Idid not receive my food until I went back into the drive thru and turns out my food was sitting in the pizza warmer. If I hadnot gotten back in line who knows how long I would have had to wait to get my food. Extremely disappointed. I understand theywere busy but to forget about me and have me wait for almost 20 minutes longer then they promised. by dar worth pizza hit in madison ive been ordered from them instead of park st for about 2 weeks now unfortunately. First time... i ordered from them they for got to put the pizza sauce on my pizza?. Ues it was just cheese and meet so i calldd and got arefund and they sent me some coupons and when i placed a order for 2 pizza (1 was to be redeemed with my coupon) and theoverweight delivery driver gave me a hard time trying to tell me i cant use coupons with delivery so i told her id just pick itip so i can use my coupon and she got mad and then stole the coupon never got my food worst experience ever Read more
Spoke with O'Ryan this evening and he was unbelievably helpful. I had a bad exp last Saturday, but he made it all right this... weekend. Just when I thought I was done with pizza hut he redeemed it, somebody give this man a raise!!! Read more
Got a pizza and 16 wings. All tasted good. Staff was friendly. Went to the drive through for pickup, rang the bell, and nobody... came up. Went to the front door and it was locked. Then the delivery driver pulls up and says, "they're in there, they're justnot paying attention." I go back to the drive through and they tell me 10 more minutes because the fryer oil was being replacedwhen I placed my order. It actually took 20 minutes. They gave me $5, a 20oz soda, and a coupon for a free large any way youwant it pizza to make it right. Calls seem to go to some call center, so who knows if you're actually talking to the locationyou're getting it from. Read more
The food was better than the last time I got pizza hut in general (much less greasy and drippy) The service was good and the new... guy who helped us did really well, the seasoning for our wings was not at this location and he quickly told us the optionsavailable. The only problem and a minor one at that is that the spicy Pepperoni pizza was a bit dry (May be our fault as we tooka bit to get there) overall much more positive than previous experiences with pizza hut in general. You texted me at 8:41 that my order was out for delivery. It arrived at 9:18, after I waited outside of the hotel for... approximately 40 minutes. The pizza was cold and I had no means to reheat it. The delivery person was unapologetic. The storedid not answer 5 calls while I waited. Instead, the phone would ring after I selected "2" from the main menu. After 6 rings, itwould simply disconnect. At the very least Pizza Hut owes me a hot pizza and a sincerely warm apology, before I would considerordering again, let alone recommending it. Read more
This was the worse pizza I?ve ever eaten. Most cheap frozen pizzas are better. Pizza was over baked, dry and flat. In terms of... staff, I waited five minutes seeing staff inside the restaurant and was ignored. Add to that, the pizza was cold. Read more
