I haven't had Pizza Hut in nearly a decade. It was a totally last resort meal a few days ago to accommodate some late arrival... guests. I use to not be a fan of the sauce, but dang I was surprised by how good the pizza turned out...but then again I wasstarving. I'd order again sometime! Read more

I ORDERED BONELESS BUFFALO WINGS. I RECEIVED PLAIN WINGS WITH NO SAUCE. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD DELIVER ME THE... CORRECT ORDER. NEVER SHOWED UP. ATTEMPTED TO CALL THE STORE BACK. Apparently the manager himself messed my order up. I have 8 teenagers in my house at this point that I had to feed. I ordered 2... large pizzas one with extra cheese as well as a medium pizza (topped differently) so I asked if he could mark the box for theone that has extra cheese (being as there where two large cheese pizzas I ordered), Also my wings were supposed to be friedhard and weren?t. The manager swears I only ordered one just because there Is only one on my receipt. He says you must ofordered another medium pizza because that?s the only thing sitting here and I didn?t ! He says he is trying to defend what hedid ?! Like really?! Must feel great to defend your mistake instead of admitting to your mistake and just fixing it. If youmissed a pizza I could?ve ordered another one and that would?ve been that. Yet, the manager wants to not think logically butinstead defend his mistake! The audacity! Go to dominos instead, dominos has much better quality and consistency. This location is very inconsistent. Usually pretty... bad. I keep ordering here and praying for a decent pizza. Today?s pizza was bad. It?s getting worse at this location. Ispecifically put a request in the order to cook lightly and not burn. Then I got a very burned tasting pizza. I suspect theymight have done it on purpose. Not the worst pizza I?ve ever had, but in the bottom 10%. Read more
Excellant Service. This Pizza Hut went above my expectations and delivered on exactly what I requested! I'm extremely happy and... satisfied with my order and service. I asked for my pizza to be extra crispy with the crust. Not doey. Which is hard to conveywith an online order. But they delivered. My pizza was cooked exactly how I wanted it to be! (See picture) I was in the moodfor a pan pizza cooked like the classic Pizza Huts used to deliver. Delivery driver was very friendly and even pointed out thatmy pizza looked good and was done as I requested. Food tasted great. Was exactly what I was craving. Very satisfied. Keep upthe great work!
