I ordered Qdoba catering from this location for an event my husband and I were hosting. We got steak, chicken, fajitas and all... the extras. I am always impressed with the freshness of the food I get at Qdoba but this specific catering experience was great.Between the cashier, Tyler and another worker, Mike, they both asked me if I needed help, provided a decent conversation andgenuinely cared about my well being while at their establishment. I ordered online. I got there at the start of the 10 minute window. I waited half an hour before my food was finally handed to... me. The shift lead had to read my order 8+ times, had to be the one that did all the final steps, and seemed like he was high.Go to an ACTUAL mexican restaurant for takeout. It will be higher quality with significantly less wait time. Read more
Food was bland and tiny serving sizes. You always feel incredibly rushed when trying to order and can barely understand them... because the music is so loud. Read more
Everytime and I mean it, I order online an hour ahead to skip the wait. Once I arrive the food is never done. I politely ask... the lady at the register about my food. She simply says it's being made. 10 mins passed as I watch walk ins get their ordersdone before mine. I asked again about my order. She says it's being worked on. 10 minutes passed again i asked trying to hold mytemper in as I seen countless walk in get their order done before mines. She says again it's being worked on. So I tested herwhat's the name of my order I that I ordered online? She doesn't know. What a joke this establishment has been. I think these photos should speak for themselves. I have never been to a more filthy Qdoba or food establishment for that... matter. Upon showing up the restaurant the garbage was overflowing. As we ordered our food the process was very rushed. Thechange machine didn?t work to give correct change when paying (also there was a handwritten sign on the door stating ?cashonly?). The soda machine maybe had 4 options. Not one single table was clean to sit at, meanwhile, the staff (4 people) were allstanding around chatting. They also proceeded to all sit at a table and eat food that was sitting there when we walked in. Ifyou?re advertising 17/hour wage then your employees should be cleaning the restaurant during down time, ESPECIALLY therestrooms. Both the men?s and women?s restrooms were filthy and smelly. Garbages overflowing, toilet paper dispenser broken, arandom water pale? Honestly just unbelievable. I wish I would have seen the restroom before ordering my food, if I had, we wouldNOT have eaten here. Hopeful for no food poisoning. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND, respectfully. Read more
Qdoba has been a favorite of mine for awhile up until today.. I got my order for delivery and when I received my order my... burrito bowl was missing the lettuce that I asked for in my bowl. I was okay with not having lettuce but then was absolutelydisgusted to find a piece of plastic of some sort STUCK to a piece of my steak in my bowl? I?m not sure what it is, kind oflooks like a bandage but I was so grossed out after eating majority of my bowl to find this in there. I?ve always enjoyedgetting food from Qdoba but I think this was the last time for me considering I found this in my food. Read more
Haven't been there in a while. Very nice change. Great service, food was very good, fresh and yummy. Will be back soon.
