We ordered on Activemenus. Easy ordering and pick up. Our order was correct the the food was so yummy. Burgers were juicy,... fries as always great. I've been coming here for years, specifically for their great birthday rewards. Sure, the burgers aren't the absolute best, it's... still a chain restaurant after all, but you should be expecting that. The ambiance though, is a good 50s diner, sports bar feel,prices are appropriate, and I've always had friendly servers. My wife and I tried one of their new Donatos pizzas they'repushing and actually, I was very surprised with how appetizing it looked, with lots of fresh vegetables all over it. Read more

I ordered an Avo-Cobb-O salad and asked for no tomatoes. It comes with avocados on it too, which I wanted. I received my salad... and got tomatoes on it and NO avocados. I think that a $15 salad should come with what I want on it. Do not recommend thisspecific Red Robin. My friend also received water refills when she had Sprite. Our burgers were on point!! Very tasty. And we were seated immediately. Those were the best parts of our experience. The rest of... the food was bland, even the drinks we got were lacking flavor? We were greeting prior to even stepping foot into the establishment and informed of the wait time!! Waitress was extremely... friendly and we didn't have to ask for drink refills which was a huge plus as that's my biggest complaint about servers usually.Food was spot on from the properly cooked meat to taste of food and how fast the food came out! Our server was the nicest and very attentive. Service was excellent. But the burger was not worth the $13 menu price even with... endless sides that I'm sure no one hardly ever takes advantage of. One of the fries was obviously rotten and black and shouldhave never been served. Feel like the cook staff slaps it together and send it out without caring what it looks like. Read more
