Just got done. First time having Rosati's. Crust was slightly overcooked, but considering this is the second or third time... I've tried Chicago style pizza and the first time I actually liked it, I will be back. The cheese pull was mind blowing witheach slice, the packaging is quality and so is the staff. My fiance and I placed our carry out order inside, then sat on thebench to wait as it wasn't long before closing and there were no other customers. The staff was very friendly and easy going,both with us and each other. It seemed like it was a good place to work and like they actually had fun and enjoyed workingthere. I live for a good work environment, I would honestly probably rate five stars for that alone even if the food wasn't asgood. If two of them were talking about something fun or going in the world and one of us made a comment, it didn't feel likewe were invading, it felt like we were meant to be included in the conversation all along. Very very tasty food! However, they got my food wrong twice. They forgot my 4 cannolis last time. When I went to pick them up, I... found out they only credited me for 2. I had added a cheese calzone and got a sausage calzone instead. I didn't find out until Idrove for 20 minutes back home. 2 of the best sandwiches I have ever found come from this establishment, however there are some major changes happening that is... reducing the amount if times I frequent this location. They now use a call center to take orders, the call center doesn't evenknow what options the restaurant has to offer, I now can not get a root beer with my lunch special due to this. Also the lasttime I was there, I witnessed a physical altercation between management and an employee, that is highly unacceptable if you askme. Read more
Deep dish pizza was very disappointing. I am from Chicago and this is not how we represent our pizza. The ?deep?ness was mostly... bread, barley any mozzarella or sauce. I would not order from here again or recommend. A $5 frozen pizza would taste better thanRosati?s pizza and that?s pretty sad. Read more
I was really skeptical about ordering the chicago style. I'm a NJ native who's pretentious about good, thin crust pizza. Never... saw the appeal of the big mess that's chicago style. Today I figured I'd order a small one to try it out after some friends madea fuss about me never trying Chicago style. Wow, I'm glad I gave this a chance. Definitely a new pizza experience for me, but Iabsolutely love it. Also, the delivery was fast, so the pizza was still hot when I got it. Never would've expected such qualityfrom a pizza chain. Always good food and good size portions. John is an excellent host and clearly wants the best for his patrons. I like that I can... sub salad for fries without up charge. Menu has lots of options, You can dine in, carry out, or use their delivery. Have beencoming in here since 08 or so and will continue. Update: stopped in for dinner hours (usually do lunch) and had a greatexperience. Aubrey helped us and we got a special with pizza and wings. Both were great! The Rosatis Dough Knots were alsoawesome. They even added a meatball to the kids spaghetti order. Very good! Read more
