I love their quality of pizza but the I?ve had a few problems with their costumer service they have taken a while to make just... one pizza (at the West Towne Mall in Madison) even though I?ve gotten free pizza because of the problem, I still had to wait andI had to run arrands. My wife ordered a meal. She was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later she was again told it would be ready in... 10 minutes. She didn?t see any progress being made. She asked for her money back. The person at the counter said he couldn?trefund her money without his manager. He made no attempt to contact the manager. My wife eventually went elsewhere. Convenient location at the food court. Lot of choice in New York style pizza. Hawaiian, sausage, cheese, vegetarian pizza are... very fresh and tasty. Sides are great such as Mac and cheese and salads. Stromboli is very good. Fast service. Read more
