I Love this Starbucks location, the upstairs lounge area is really cozy and useful. All of the baristas have displayed good... customer service thus far. ***The upstairs men's bathroom has a very environmentally unfriendly sink. The sink automaticallyturns on even if you just stand near it, and it wastes a ton of water really fast.*** I Love Starbucks for being so acceptingin hiring all races & genders equally, as well as being so philanthropic. BUT Starbucks should be aware of how it looks to seesuch a respectable company waste so much water in just one bathroom. This faucet is not screwed down or tightened to the sinkproperly whatsoever which I think is a sign it is ready to be replaced with a more eco-friendly faucet. This store is a lot more chaotic than the location up on the capital square. Lately they?ve had a lot of staffing issues and... routinely close early. Keep in mind that some days when you want to get your latte on you may be denied by a sign that says weclosed early today. Overall when operating this store does a good job of handling the high demand of being right next to campus. Read more
I was looking for some whole wheat bagels, and this was the only place near the bottom of state street that had them. I had just... two of their Sprouted Grain Bagels for breakfast, and it was great. Only negative is that they don't have low fat cream cheese,so I had to get my own. They also make a good vanilla bean Frappuccino. Read more

Hadn't been in quite some time, but to be honest, they made one of the best latte's I've had in a while, and as a bonus, gave me... a free drink because the Starbucks phone app was not working properly. Great drink, great customer service; nice way to startmy day. Read more
