Within the last couple months, this Starbucks seems to have really stepped up their service! Every employee interaction I've... had has been incredibly friendly and my orders have been correct and well-made, even though they always seem to be totallyswamped. Special shoutout to Mikey and Shannon working the drive-thru this weekend, whose incredibly cheerful demeanors were ahighlight of my Sunday. The drive-thru line was long but quick. My only comment, which Starbucks can't do much about, is theirincredibly inefficient parking lot/drive-thru combination which can turn into an absolute mess at times. Read more
Lovely service! Staff were busy and kept apologizing, but there was no need. I ordered a blonde vanilla latte with 2 pumps... vanilla, hot. It came iced (and was corrected). It was by far the best vanilla latte I've ordered from any Starbucks location! Ialso ordered a grande honey almondmilk flat white - spectacular! And the merchandise section was fully stocked. Store can get really busy, but otherwise they're pretty consistent - Drinks are made well and tasty.
No one else in line I walk up to the counter- no one greets me. It appeared the cashier was apologizing to someone on the phone.... I stood there for five more minutes while everyone was glancing at me but no one said a word to me. After the cashier got offthe phone she didn?t even make eye contact with me even though I was five feet in front of her!!!! She turned around to talk tothe other girls working. Out of all the Starbucks I've been to this one is always consistently so slow. Waited 20 minutes for half my mobile order and... then had to ask about the other drink another 10 minutes later. Another time I got to the drive through and no one answered meafter several minutes. Drive across the street to the Barnes and Noble or Target to get your Starbucks, I always regret this onelol Edit: after writing this review I realized they didn't even make me the right drink that I waited 30 minutes for ???????? they were accommodating when they were out of an ingredient for a drink and got us a good fresh coffee for our road trip.... also: someone in the drive through ordered a drink that was just half lemonade and half sweet cream while we were in the lobby.godspeed baristas and good luck Read more
I had mobile orders here twice while visiting the area. There was longer wait than my typically experience at other locations.... Both times my orders were correct. This appears to be a popular spot with the drive through completely packed in the early andlate morning. If you are coming in for a mobile order I recommend parking in the adjacent lot so you can leave easily. Read more
