Filthy dirty and the food is not very fresh. Convenient location but not much else.

Tried their meatball sub. They suggested the garlic bread which sounded good. They apply a generous portion of garlic butter... to the bread. Made the sandwich taste too much like garlic. The meatballs were average size and taste. Subway will do whenyour choices are limited. Read more
For a casual day, I don't mind to have a sandwich. I have been to a Subway and different fast-food. This is not one of them... you'd want to try, especially at lunch hour. You'd be lucky to even find a seat there. The store is considerably small for thenumber of people they have to serve. However, the service is fast. They just don't clean the table much. A couple of thefountains ran out of syrup. The food was so-so. For a quick bite at that price range, it is ok. I'd recommend breakfast sandwichover their daily special. Read more
Service is spotty at best. This store seems to have constant turnover and to be hiring new employees from the bottom of the... barrel. There are only a few employees that consistently provide exactly what is ordered with relative efficiency. Sodafountains were missing/short on syrup, tables were a mess. Subway isn?t always my top choice for fast food. Being close to this location the service and product is always excellent. The... staff, especially Olivia, does an exceptional job and is always kind and warm hearted. Downtown Madison has a lot of good foodto offer but if you?re in a pinch or hurry make sure to stop by this location. Read more
