Just wow! One of the best Mexican I had. The food was fresh and tasty. The drinks were excellent (try the spicy margaritas). The... waiters and staff are extremely helpful. We got the family formula and putting together your own tortillas is just so much fun!The chocolate chip cookies are made on the spot and are absolutely delicious. I wish I came here sooner! The atmosphere is phenomenal, and I felt like I was transported to a different city. The shrimp tacos... are to die for, and the chips were so fresh! We were on our way through Madison and stopped for what we hoped would be a quick local meal. Service took a while though.... I’ve had better street tacos- they just tasted a little bland. The nachos were really good but they up charged us for extrachips which was a little annoying. I did enjoy the espresso after my meal. Overall it was okay- I liked the ascetic of the placeand the ceramic dishes, but was a little disappointed with the food. Read more
Authentic tacos with many unique flavor profiles. Very different flavors and combinations from any other taco places in MSN. Go... try them all! The restaurant has a very intimate feel. Our server balanced checking in and letting us enjoy the food theperfect amount. The bartender came over to check in on drinks and take special requests. The tacos are delicious - no doubt about that. If you're able to sneak into happy hour, the margarita pitcher is a solid choice... for a group of three or four. This is an authentic Mexican joint with a homey Willie St vibe. Will be dining here again! Read more

A friend & I did the "Family-Style Taco Dinner" with Chicken Nachos, Seared Steak & Mango Braised Pork, and a fruit pastry.... Nachos were good, but nothing to rave about. Steak was dry. Carnitas were so moist and delicious. Loved the blue corn tortillas- I have never seen that before. Pastry was average. Biggest ding to this restaurant, our waitress was very unprofessional &kept coming over to our table unprompted to talk about her personal life. It made us uncomfortable, as we were trying to enjoy ameal & conversation together. Overall, I think it was a bit expensive for the quality, but we both went home full & with someleftovers.
