The quality of food and service are great. I love the pad thai with chicken, tom kha soup with shrimp, drunken noodles with tofu... and thai iced tea. I usually get chicken dumplings or crab rangoons as an appetizer. The staff are very friendly and seem tohave a great hold on how to keep things moving efficiently when they are dealing with lots of carry out and pick up orders.Delicious option for thai if you live on the west side of Madison. Had Drunken noodles, had no sauce, was dry with little flavor. Had to put soy sauce on it. Not wide noodles either 6/10.

Incredible food. I eat here at least once a week and it's amazing every single time. Highly recommend and never once received... bad service. Read more

Food was decent, but the place had the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Waited for almost 20 minutes in... the store after the scheduled pick up time. And when I asked how my order is, the cashier was very rude to my question. After awhile the cashier placed a take-out bag on the counter without saying anything to me. To make sure it was my order I asked themif it was my order, again the cashier answered my question in a very rude manner. I don?t know where the hostility came from, maybe they had a bad day, but I will not visit this place again. Addition for the owner response: this was for the location onwest side. It was indeed a busy night, but I can tell the difference between someone who are just busy and someone beingintentionally rude. Read more

Fantastic food! Definitely call your order in since the online ordering apps increase the prices.

Went inside to order (completely forgetting online ordering was even available) and was given a 15-20 min wait time. I swear we... didn't wait any longer than 10min. (they seemed fairly busy too, lots of orders on the counter) Food was delicious. I got theglass noodle salad and while the Lettuce did end up a bit on the warm side for me, the sauce was so delicious I enjoyed everylast bite. Staff was pleasant despite how busy they seemed. Can't wait to come again! Read more

Prices aren?t cheap, but they don?t skimp on portions. I don?t really like cocunut, so Thai curry is always a question mark -... sometimes there?s too much cocunut and I don?t like it, but sometimes the proportions are perfect and it doesn?t bother me atall. I got the green curry and it was delicious, not at all over-cocunutty. Hot and sour soup was good, but was sweeter than Iexpected. The noodles were also good, but not stand-out. Overall I wasn?t blown away by the price or the flavor, and would putthis on the upper side of a 4.5. But restaurants live and die by these ratings, and this one definitely deserves to live so Ican come back again. Read more

Always good! We've liked pretty much everything we've tried! Some favorites are the pot stickers, the mango curry, and the pad... Thai. Big portions, and the leftovers last well, too. If you order hot, it will definitely be hot. Even the second level can betoo hot for me depending on what we get it on. It seems more hot on noodle dishes than in curries. I've settled on just gettingmild because the heat of the second level was in consistent and sometimes bordering on too hot. Read more
