Never been to the cheesecake factory before this and also heard great reviews so we gave it a chance. It was a little busy so... the hostess told us she'd text me when they had a table so probably 20 minutes so we walked back into the mall to look around.Not even 5 minutes I got a text saying our table was ready so that was nice. The hostess and our waitress were very friendly andhelpful. I noticed that it's very dim in the restaurant and the booth we were sat at had a lot of crumbs on the seats. Weordered and received our food fairly quickly. I ordered the grilled steak tacos, my son ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and mydaughter had the chicken mushroom marinade. All of our food was hot when served. My taco filling was delicious but my tortillashad a mold flavor, my rice had no flavor and the beans tasted like they were just dumped from a from a can without being drainedor rinsed so just straight metal flavor. My son's burger was a good size and he said it was good, though his fries tasted worsethan McDonald's. My daughter gave her food a 9 out of 10 only because her asparagus was a bit raw. To be honest we were overbeing there to try any kind of desert which I regret not trying as they sounded delicious especially since I love cheesecake.Over our experience was meh and I believe we will definitely not be back. Maybe in the future we will try a different locationto see if it's any better. The food is not worth the money spent here. Read more
We liked everything. The complimentary bread was really good. I could have eaten it all day. The Thai chicken wraps and the BBQ... chicken salad were filling. And if you see the pictures.... The cheesecake at the end were so so good. Read more

Y'all, I've eaten at The Cheesecake Factory a number of times but NEVER had to chance to try a slice of cheesecake! I've only... ever eaten dinner here. What have I been missing out on!? I had an entrée sized chopped salad, which was delicious. My partnerhad a Cajun pasta dish of some sort, and it was also really good. But the star of the show was the cheesecake! I'm sure most ofyou aren't surprised, though :) I had the Coconut Cream Pie Cheesecake which had a chewy, rich Coconut Macaroon crust thatalmost sent me to Heaven and back! I'm not even religious, but Y'ALL! It was to die for :) My partner had a Raspberry LemonCream Cheesecake that was also SO GOOD! It definitely wasn't as rich as mine, so I needed my partner to help me with the lastfew bites on my plate. Honestly, The Cheesecake Factory has great food. I've always enjoyed my dinners here and now I'm alwaysgoing to be craving cheesecake, too. Read more
The food was delicious and the customer service was amazing. I got the cheddar stuffed burger and it was honestly one of the... best I've ever had (Try not to burn yourself though). The lemonade was good, just a bit too sweet ( I mixed it half and halfwith iced tea). All the cheesecakes are also amazing, can't wait to come back! Read more
Overall the food was good. As a cheese lover I believe the fried mac & cheese balls are a must. They?re SO good omg The Gumbo... had more rice than gumbo. The orange chicken needed more orange sauce. There were chicken pieces that has no sauce at all. Therest of the food was good. The best part were the cheesecakes ???????? Read more
The turkey burger was freaking amazing. I've been here before gotten other things on the menu and haven't been thoroughly... impressed until this last visit. I just think there's so much on the menu it's hard for them to do amazing on something. Ofcourse we had cheesecake. There's nothing more than I like as a dessert than something peanut buttery... And the Reese'scheesecake cake is awesome. Read more
They have the largest salads, and most of their other dishes have huge portions as well. Their complimentary bread is one of our... favorite parts of going there. My wife and I usually share a salad and a pasta dish when we go. Their salads are delicious, andtheir pastas have inspired us to try and recreate them ourselves at home. We recommend the Chicken Ballagio and LouisianaChicken Pasta, and I like the Cobb salad. Their drinks are good, and we like that they have specific low calorie options. Read more
