I thought they made their pizza fresh? My Pizza had mold on it!!
Good service, great pizza! The person on the phone taking my order was very helpful and the Toppers Stix hit the spot as usual.
Super disappointed in my experience last Friday. I had ordered a vegan pizza for delivery at work, when it arrived I took a bite... and realized it was dairy cheese and not dairy-free, so I called the store and they said they?d send out a replacement.Annoying, but I?m not angry about it, mistakes happen. Well, an hour later that pizza never came. I checked again before I wenthome for the night, checked both entrances, nothing. I called the store when I got home to see about getting a refund and wastold the store was closed due to staffing issues. I called the store Saturday and was told that she didn?t know how to do arefund for a previous day and to call back when the GM was there. I also filled out an online form about the issue on theToppers website and have not heard a peep. It shouldn?t be this difficult to either get what you order or get your moneyback. I never do this yet anyone living from a motel/hotel needs to know this: Never order from this company- Ever! Ordered a double... sausage, peperoni, canadian bacon pizza- paid for online for delivery with a 20% tip w/credit card. I get a call from thecompany 20 minutes after the order stating they are out of sausage. I asked for a $3.00 refund , to compensate from my originalbill because there is no double sausage -toppers in Middleton WI said they couldn't do it- told me to talk to your deliveryperson. The delivery person came- told this person of the situation, delivery person stated no knowledge of the situation- yetpaid me back $3.00 cash. Service was great! I ordered 42 pizzas for a large event, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The gentleman... taking the order was very polite and ensured everything was ready to be picked up at the right time. He even helped move all 42pizzas into my car for me. Would highly recommend! Just ordered the TopperStix breadsticks. Good (tasty), but not good value. For 8 TopperStix and two ranch dips cost $8.78 plus... tax! Read more
No sauce or cheese on this pizza, extremely rude customer service. We ordered online, waited 15 minutes, went to pickup, and... they said they hadn't started the order. That's fine except then they quickly threw together this pizza with almost no sauce,barely any cheese and then charged $18 for this when we ordered the $9 deal online. First time trying out a Toppers Pizza. Gotta say I was really impressed by the Ragin' Pepperoni pizza I ordered. Next time, I... think I'll try some of the Topperstix because those look delicious too. The staff here had my order assembled, cooked, and I wasout the door in about 10 minutes. Read more
