Awful experience. I ordered 2 medium, 2-topping pizzas for a delivery to an apartment only a few miles away. It took 2 hours and... 50 minutes for me to receive my order after paying for it. The restaurant forgot the wings on my order during delivery, but I called and told them and they brought my whole order again... for free! Great service! Food ordered to delivered in like 20 minutes and 10 minutes respectively. Crazy fast. Crazy good. Crazyamazing prices and deals. 10/10 I would eat there again. And thank you for owning up to forgetting my item and bringing me abunch of extra food! Amazing restaurant. I will be a loyal customer from now forward. Read more
Used to be awesome, but it seems like they've switched from having their own drivers to using doordash for deliveries. The last... few times I've ordered directly through Toppers website my order has been redirected through doordash. This makes the deliverytime way higher and the food arrives either room temperature or straight up cold because most doordash drivers don't carryaround a pizza bag to keep it hot while on the road. The food is still great as always but if you want it to be hot I'd say gopick it up yourself. If you want delivery definitely go somewhere else. Read more

Had a good experience with my order. Pizza has no grease , love that part. Cheese breadsticks very delicious. I wore my mask... inside, staff not masked so that may be an issue for some however they did have plastic dividers placed and up. So I ordered a macncheese pizza and instead of having a sauce I had the sauce drizzled on it as if it were a decorative cake... versus having sauce on the pizza like they put 3 circles of sauce on it making the pizza very dry. My friend wanted spinach onher half and that was burnt. Last time I ordered a few months ago maybe last year the pizza was burnt. I'm not liking thequality anymore hence why I don't order much from here anymore but I do like that they finally have vegetarian options eventhough I can buy the same beyond meat items in stores and it's cheaper. I placed an order for a business event. I was using a corporate card so I couldn?t leave a tip with the card. Knowing this, I... placed the order online and picked it up myself. When I signed the receipt the Topper?s employee got upset that I was notleaving a tip. I tried to explain my situation, but he walked away complaining that I didn?t leave a tip and then told me to?get outta here!? Upset about this, I called the manager who wasn?t very helpful. I actually think it was the same person thatwas rude to me at the store. The manager claims that I should have paid a tip because it was a large order placed ?on the fly?.The order was 4 pizzas and a few extras, not that big, and I clearly followed the steps to place the order online within thetime constraints the website was telling me. I would have even been okay if the order was finished a little late. Afterexplaining why I was frustrated, the manager told me that I must have never worked in the food industry (even though I have) andthat he would talk to his employee. He was very insincere and sounded like he just wanted to get me off the phone. There was noapology and he seemed to defend his employee's behavior. This was an incredibly rude experience. I struggle to understand why Iwas treated so poorly when I clearly paid the cost of the services. It wasn't delivered or served to me, so no tip. Toppers, ifthis has your employees upset then you need to pay them a living wage and stop asking your customers to try to navigate theseunwritten rules of tipping. I will take my business elsewhere.
