I placed an online order for delivery through the Toppers app and never received my food. I then called and waited on hold for... 15 minutes before someone answered and said the Door Dash person never picked up my order. The person took my contactinformation so the manager could call me/give me a refund but?three days later they still have not given me a refund. I wouldnever order delivery from this place. And, frankly, now I will never return since they have such terrible customer service. Read more
If your thinking about going to this location? don?t. The food was over cooked with puddles of grease & not what we ordered.... There was also such a weird vibe, as the employees were arguing loudly and we were greeted by someone wearing black sunglasses,mask, hat & a hoodie with the hood up. Ordered pizza at 1:01 arrival said 1:49-1:59am and at 2:15am. I then make a phone call and am received with the lady yelling at... the phone that they are closed. Then I go outside to head to the store and to then see the pizza on the floor at anotheraddress. I do not know how long the pizza was out there for!? Very unsatisfied with my purchase. Ordered a chicken bbq pizza and they not only put bbq sauce they also put pizza sauce. The pizza is so wet with sauce you can't... even eat it with the toppings sliding off. Then I tried to call the store was on hold for 10 mins and then hung up on. Read more
Ordered a Meat Topper with light cheese and got a cheese pizza. Tried to call back twice (before close) and was told that they... were closed. Drivers are usually fast and efficient but this is not the first time I have modified a Meat Topper and wound upwith a cheese pizza. Read more
The two staff members that were working today (a younger long haired gentleman and an older lady) are absolutely amazing! The... last few times, they have gotten my order correct or fixed it if there was something amiss. Their customer service is what keepsme coming back. I ordered a cheese pizza, side of ranch, root beer and a monkey bread chocolate dessert. It took 2 hours to get. They must have... door dash deliver for them. I ordered via the Toppers website. I was given a cheese and pepperoni pizza, no ranch. Missingmonkey bread and soda. And dropped off a side of wings. The also ate some of my pizza. It was also super cold. Never again. Thewhole order was wrong and either Toppers employee or dash employee legit ate part of my food. Who does that?! Read more
I placed an order last night, there was a little issue with delivery and I had to go pick it up; which I didn?t mind. Mark was... AWESOME !
