It's almost impressive that one restaurant can mess up your order in at least one way, every single time. Tonight they got 4... things wrong, even after my husband went over the order multiple times in the drive thru. Even if you order ahead it's wrong, or2 separate times we've ordered ahead to get there and be told it was already picked up. I bet if you went there and said you'vegot a mobile order they'd give you one! Drive thru wait time is always long, even if you're the second car in line. Occasionallyyou get a friendly employee, but it's rare. The food is usually decent when you get what you want, which is why they get 2 starsinstead of 1, but again, the order is never completely right. Read more
Everyone here is so friendly! They do get pretty busy around lunch time, but it's usually not more than a 10-15 minute wait.... Food is always cooked good, fries are crispy. Read more
We waited over 20 minutes in line. They refused to answer our drive through when we were talking to them. They got our order... wrong & acted like it was our fault. The lady was EXTREMELY rude. She was cussing us out while she had the window closed becauseshe got our order wrong & she back sassed us as we drove away & then refused to give us her information so we could make acomplaint about her attitude. I deliver with doordash in my spare time. Tonight I had the worst experience. I was accosted by an older gentleman working the... drive-thru. As I pulled up to the speaker he placed me on hold. I decided since there was only one car ahead of me I would justdrive to the window. He didn't appreciate that at all. He was visibly irate because of it. I showed him my phone and told him Iwas there to pick up a couple orders from doordash. He gave me the first order and when I told him there was a second he beganyelling, and cursing at me. I demanded he stop getting hot with me and that I don't place the orders I only pick up the food. Hethen became physically aggressive, threatened to cancel the order and then slammed the window shut after I threatened to callthe police if he was going to continue to be so verbally abusive to me. He began serving the car behind me through the seconddrive through window. I pulled my car foward, exited and approached the window asking for his name, a request he ignored. Ayoung woman came through the dining room and gave me the order several minutes later. I asked her for his name, as I'm sure youmight imagine I was upset about how I was just spoken to by this man, but I was remaining calm. When she refused, I insisted Iget his name. This woman became visibly upset that I wasn't leaving and that I was blocking her from closing the dining roomdoor. She asserted I wasn't getting his name. The situation was escalating and I did not trust these people. I dialed 911 andput the dispatch on speaker while this young woman was infornt of me. I told the dispatcher I was at Wendy's and that theemployees were being insane. The woman then verbally accosted the dispatcher and physically threatened me. The older gentlemanthen began approaching. I wasn't looking to start a fight and this was clearly heading towards a physical altercation so Iimmediately left. Horrible service. Cashier kept getting my order wrong, I was polite about it and they treated me like I was the problem. I was... served raw under cooked burgers multiple times, but the final straw was when my order came with some weird gross substance. Idon't recommend this location to anyone. Read more
Stopped in the rain on my motorcycle. The seating was closed for remodel. They saw me in the rain let me in, and I had the best... Wendy's cheeseburger in years. Good people good food!! Read more
