I'm not sure what the blasphemy in this review section is about, but every experience I've had with this Wingstop has been... excellent. Perhaps this is because I exclusively order pickup, never delivery. I also only get boneless wings here. The food isalways ready when EatStreet says it will be, it's hot, and it tastes great for what you pay for it. Their garlic parmesan isalso far superior to Wings Over Madison's, which is one of the only other decent late-night bang for your buck wing places inMadison. Don't believe the slander. Read more
This is the worst ran company and location I have ever experienced. I placed an online order through their website. My food... said it was delivered however that was not the case. I tried to contact the delivery driver however the phone number theyprovided did not work. I then went to the location to see about my food and they would neither give me a refund nor make myfood again because it was picked up by god knows who. They essentially stole money from me and either did not make the food orgave some random person a free meal. Do not ever ever go to this location if you want your food. Read more
My experience here was not great, putting it mildly. The wait for our order was absurdly long given that this is a fast food... restaurant. Furthermore, the restaurant was oddly stingy over cups: My friend and I ordered two meals and shared the bill butthe cashier refused to give us two cups. Oof, this was a wild ride. I placed a delivery order for this location through the Wingstop website, but a completely wrong... order was delivered. I gave Wingstop a call, thinking that it would be a simple matter to have the correct order delivered or arefund given. Instead, I had the strangest conversation I?ve had in years. The Wingstop employee I spoke to was so high or drunkthat he literally could not understand why I was calling. He asked me my name and what I ordered about twenty times, and he thenadmitted that he had no idea how to look up the order. Then he asked me what I ordered again. After a few minutes of this, hehanded me to another employee, who was immediately angry, and told me without my saying anything that I should contact the appif I ordered from a third party (I ordered through Wingstop), and then hung up. I tried calling back hoping to get someone saneor sober but got the first person again. He asked me what I ordered again. Tried to order online, which is required now at this location. Website said that my credit card was declined, when in reality,... it was charging me each time I tried submitting. Never went to a confirmation page or anything. Noone answered my calls, so Iwent to the location and was told that those charges would be refunded in three days. In the end, I did NOT get my food. Overall, mediocre at best. Twice I have ordered from this location and twice I have been disappointed. I don't know how they re... cooking their wings but they seem to always come out tough and dry. The sauces are ok but nothing special. Some of the songs hadsome broken bones with exposed marrow or something that spread an odd flavor though the batch. Everything is more expensive thanit's worth, especially if you order for delivery. I cannot recommend this place until they learn how to actually cook wings (orstandardize their process of my two try were just flukes). Read more
