Visited this location for the first time on 11/18/22. Read all the reviews before stopping in and was nervous as I was meeting... several friends there. Rest assured, the staff was excellent. We arrived at 5pm and ordered before the 'dinner rush'. And eventhrough the dinner rush, it didn't seem like other customers waited that long. Appeared to be a manager on site who was superhelpful and courteous. Phone was ringing non stop but he made sure to continue taking my order before answering thephone. Wings were well breaded. Pretty good sauces/flavor. The only sauce we were disappointed with (and we tried six differenttypes of sauces) was the atomic. It was kind of spicy, but it was this odd sour flavor. My four friends and I decided itresembled a pickle juice flavor. Not bad, not great, but I would not order atomic again. Restaurant itself had plenty ofseating for about five or six families. Gave this place a chance because I was hungry, wanted wings & BWW was closed. Ordering online was easy. Got there & literally... had to wait 5 minutes just to be greeted when 4 people were working & 3 just standing around doing nothing. When I finally was Ihad to repeat myself 3-4 times. He was within speaking normal distance. The breading & sauces don't even hold a candle to BWW.It's more tender but that's literally it. Decent food, this location is just so slow. The predicted time is never close I just waited over an hour after ordering online.... Front counter is never saying names out loud after it?s ready. Also saw someone eating in the kitchen while making food prettygross! Read more
This wing stop is top notch A lot of the chains franchises on the west side are pretty low quality. Madison west chipotle is... literally the worst chipotle ever Madison west wing stop is great though. The food is always hot, restaurant is always cleanand staff are friendly. I've been here before, so I can certainly say that the food is good. Unfortunately, I was just at this location and waited 10... minutes at the register without being spoken with. I ended up walking out without ordering anything. I understand that it's 5:00p.m. and it's busy, but you would think at least somebody would say we are busy right now, I'll be with you in a few minutes. Read more
Dave is awesome! The staff is extremely friendly! The facility was spotless! Food is always fresh! Super inviting... atmosphere. There is something special about going to a business and being met with professionals who truly care about thecommunity they are serving and truly have a strong passion for their craft. The fries are great! The actual flavor of the wings are good but the reason I gave this only 3 stars is because I didn't get... what I thought I paid for. I ordered 6 wings what I got were actually 3 wings broken into 2 pieces-- flat and a drum.. That'snot what I was expecting. This was my first time here at a Wingstop anywhere and when I've ordered wings in the past, it's beenfrom Madtown chicken where I get an entire wing. I ordered delivery. Doordash delivered my order without my soft drinks. Called Wingstop, they told me that they gave the soft... drinks to the driver. The driver said they never got the soft drinks. Wingstop said I needed to contact Doordash. Doordash toldme that I was to call Wingstop. I will never use Doordash or go to Wingstop again! Read more
