The bartenders knew exactly what they were doing. Very knowledgeable of the menus and the drinks they were making. They were... also able to make custom cocktails and made a mint julep for us and it was amazing! Read more
10/10. Messaged the company that we can't find the whisky in our state anymore and they do not ship to us, our first visit we... were invited in before opening for tour. Didn't make it on time but still a great experience. We were passing by the distilleryon a trip home and the staff was very accommodating on letting us stop in early to stock up. Read more
Spoke to Nathan prior to visiting and spent the evening with a flight of YB whiskeys, brandy old fashioned, apple brandy old... fashioned, Cranberry Jalapeno Mule, Ginger Apple Brandy Old Fashioned, and ended the evening with a Maple Syrup Brandy oldfashioned and some of Nathan's imports (Welsh Whiskey.) GREAT customer service. Walked away with 3 bottles of various YBspirits, a big smile, and a very happy experience. Would suggest taking your wife for a nice conversation with friendly peopleand classy spirits. Will definitely go again! Read more
Ordered the chicken parm flatbread, which came with this gem. Their chef made his own special hot sauce with one of the vodkas... they produce. On its own, the flatbread is good, but the sauce brought it to the next level. At first the sauce hits you with asweet note, then slowly builds heat - nothing that?ll make you sweat ?n regret, it adds a spice note that we didn?t think weneeded, but we loved, and ended up drowning out flatbread with it. Great place for drinks. Really love their third gear bourbon. Always bring it back to Chicago when we visit.
