Great store. Nice people. One of many in the area but definitely my favorite
This 7-Eleven store is nearby. I rely on it when I run out of things like coffee or paper towels. I also grab snacks or light... lunches when needed. I am pleased that there are some healthful choices and hope the inventory of healthy options increases.Naturally, the store's 24-hour availability is great in late night emergencies. I have always found the customer service to bedecent. I come here often and have come to know a few regular employees. Read more
Employee was so rude that I left. Not worth the trouble for their incompetence and poor manners.
I love the new owners. Friendly and kind and the store is always so clean and welcoming. I love that they put the lids on the... small slurpees ahead of time. Makes it so much easier when you have little ones. Read more
Out shoveling snow at 1:52 AM.Stopped at the 7-Eleven at 11 mile in Madison Heights. The attendant said there?s no coffee made... and they don?t make coffee till 4 AM????. He did not offer to make any coffee. So we asked could he just make us one pot coffee.He said I guess but it?s gonna be a while and did not start making coffee. Instead started wiping down the slushy machine. SureThat?s what everybody?s coming in for in the freezing cold! ?? And literally seen five plow trucks out within a half a mile ofthe 7-Eleven as we were leaving! Read more

Midnight employee was rude and obnoxious. She kept asking if we needed anything but also said that "you just dont know what we... want do you?" When we were looking around trying to make a decision on what to get. We let it pass the first time but the nexttime we returned and were once again deciding what we wanted to purchase she outright tried to claim we were loitering and alsoimplied we were there to steal. Even tried to implicate that we must have taken beers and hid them up my dress!! She claims hermanager yelled at her for us taking so long last time. I do not ever wish to return there or spend another cent at thislocation. Read more
