I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes waiting to order. No other customers. Not a single employee spoke to me. No "someone... will be right with you" Nothing. There were several employees working and many that walked right past me. I turned and walkedout of the restaurant. A man that had been behind the counter comes out the door as I reach my car and says sorry sir. Did youwant to place an order?".He had been behind the counter and had also ignored me inside. Rather than yell back I just held up myhand. He continues with " fine, be that way". As if I had done something wrong. Interesting response. It was just a rude andunpleasant experience. If they're short staffed, I get it. Waiting wasn't the issue. Being ignored by everyone working is anissue. Read more
Culvers is delicious as always, and prices are very fair, a great lunch spot. Small mistake on an order, but nothing that cost... me any extra money. Interior is very clean and well kept. Read more
Top of the line fast food. The burger is an experience and the French fries are 1 of a kind. They have a little of everything... but whatever you do remember to leave room for ice cream! Read more
Friends talk up Culver's and it didn't live up to the hype at all. Not sure if just this location but the burger was horrible.... Burnt to hell. Not recommended but maybe the custard and concrete mixers might be good. I spent 14 total and tried the curds andpretzels with a cheese butter burger. Waste of money. Yesterday, I went to the Culver's on 12 mile near John R(near the Home Depot). I had not been here in months, so I was excited... to get the fish again. Unfortunately, I got a carryout of the 3 piece fish platter(actually 2, one for my son too). The fish wasso bland and void of any seasoning! I was very disappointed. The onion rings were good, nice & soft. However, my excitement wasthe anticipation of having the fish again, and Culver's let me down! Read more

I have always been a fan of their food. But I was truly disappointed when I bit into my butter bacon burger and didn?t taste the... burger. Unbelievable, never seen a burger this thin. I will just stick with the concrete mixers if I even decide to go back.It?s too many other places that serve good burgers. Read more
