I would give a zero if I could. Ordered pizza last night and noticed a crunchy sand like texture so I stop eating it because it... was very off putting so I put it in the fridge. The next day I figure I'm just overreacting and go to try another slice forlunch and the crunch texture was there again so I spat it out and found A SHARD OF GLASS! Took it in to show the manager and hetells me that someone broke a jar of green olive the other night and that's how the glass got into my pizza. He offered me astore credit that I obviously turned down. Then offers me a refund for only half my order ? So needles to say we will NOT bereturning and I suggest they get a visit from corporate or the health department. Read more

I?ve lived in Madison heights over 4 years now & their quality/service have gone down tremendously. I always get the same thing... (boom boom burger) so I know what?s supposed to come on it. I go in to place my order, no one says ?hey how are you? nothing,very bland welcoming if that?s what you?d call it. One girl was ?chilling? on the counter on her cell phone, smiled at least.Another dude walks up & just looks @ me so I let him know I?m here for a pick up. As he grabs my food, another guy walks uptakes my card, says I?m All set after he cashes me out. The whole time no one had a pleasant vibe, or said have a good day. Iget home with my food, to find out there?s raw red onions & pickles on my burger (does not come on the boom boom) & the baconthey charged me to add to the regular cheeseburger was not On that one either. So I am waiting for them to fix the order now,since I had to drive back. I was so frustrated that my boyfriend took the food in. I never leave a bad review but I have workedin food & customer service my entire working life & im just a frustrated hungry customer. This place needs work as a whole. I ordered it for delivery and it came faster than expected and piping hot! Thanks for that because it costed me $10 between... delivery charge and tip to travel 6 blocks. So I was very happy it came fast and hot! If you're looking for cheap quick foodthat has more to offer than just pizza give them a call! They have good lunch specials also! Read more
We had ordered a small cheese and a medium Hawaiian plus a cheese bread . Get home and the Hawaiian wasn't close to a Hawaiian. ... I called up and he said they can remake it . Not HAPPY . but ok. Payed $3.50 for extra bacon on a large specialty pizza that had NO bacon on it. I also ordered no onions, but onions were added.... None of the toppings on my specialty pizza were extra quantity as described. I've complained on the official web site beforeabout this store not following covidvirus safety protocol, but the lack of any concern remain obvious since the covid protocolhas been removed from the site.
