I have communicated multiple times with this store regarding the Casselberry location stealing from customers. I also contacted... the Casselberry location. They are charging $1 for a taco pizza then tell you they don't have it. They keep the $1 and tell youyou weren't charged for it. Thieves! The $1 is not a big deal, it's the fact they are doing this to hundreds of customers andmaking extra money for nothing. It's dishonest. Theft is the only way to describe it. I have ordered from HH for many years. Recently it appears that the phone ording system is being outsourced to another country.... Problem here is that they have to follow a script. It is like talking to a robot. It is so annoying. It takes 20 minutes toplace an order. They ask 100 questions like your looking for a bank loan. You have to repeat yourself several times. I'veordered this way 3 times now. Today I knew I was going to go through hell to place an order but I wanted pizza. I took a deepbreathe and made the call. Several minutes into the call I had to give ALL my cc info 3 times. Then he told me it was not goingthrough because my billing address was incorrect ( been living here for 4 years, using this cc for all that time, and orderingpizza at least twice a month for all that time). Frustrated I give up. Then I get notification from my bank that there are 3charges in the same amount from HH. I call the actual store manager and I am told to take it up with my bank. I am also toldthat corporate made the decision to outsource thier phone calls to India. I'm not even hungry anymore, but my family has to eatso I called someone else. I placed a order earlier, had a friend pick it up and bring it to me at work. So I'm just now able to get a 10 minute break to... try and get a bite. There's nothing on this sub, mainly bread. So I call the store, she tells me I have to bring this sub backbefore she can fix the problem? Are you serious? I'm at work until midnight, and they want me to get some one to come pick thisfood up, take it back to the store, and have them wait for replacement. Are they serious? Read more
Very disappointed. We have ordered from HH for 8 years, always with the sausage our favorite topping. Today I ordered the... supreme. NO sausage at all, nothing but onion, green pepper and mushrooms with 6 pepporoni's. I called the Deland store andspoke with manager where is the meat. He said they did away with sausage about 2 years ago. I told him supreme should have meaton it. I paid $15 for veggies when I could have got lots of sausage for $9.99! Supreme suppose to have meat. He said thereshould have been 14 pepporoni's. I said there was one pepporini every other slice! He said bring it back. It is 7:30pm and I amgoing to drive 20 miles up and back for another pizza! He said we would have brought it to us. It is late, we were hungry. Weate it thinking maybe the sausage was under the cheese. He refused to give partial credit which I would have been okay with$9.99 even though the best part was the garlic crust. I ordered a couple pizzas a few weeks back via delivery.. I am in Lansing michigan. When pizza arrived the box was ice cold. I... asked the driver why and she stated she didn't know, but she did have 2 orders she had to drliver that night. I even had hertouch the box to show her how cold it was. She told me contact and complain online, which I did. I offered to give the pizzasback, but she refused. The pizza was ice cold and resembled something that had been sitting out for a good length of time. Ihave not received any response from anyone regarding this matter. I asked for a refund, which also has e not received. This isan unfortunate experience, since hungry howies was my go to pizza option. Not anymore. I ordered from the holt michiganlocation. I have never experienced anything lime this from an u m pizza establishment ever. I am requesting my money back of33$. Int is also unfortunate I had to send another complaint to get this taken care of. In my opinion, someone ,somewhere is notdoing their jobs and following through with the customer satisfaction area of their job. I d not want coupons or credit forfree food, since that would mean I'd need to order from hungry Howie again. I just want my money y back so I can take mybusiness elsewhere.. both pizzas went to trash bin probably before the driver made it back to the store. We ordered a large pineapple and pepperoni pizza this evening and as soon as we opened the box, the pizza smelled weird. When we... picked up the slice, and took a bite, the dough, sauce, cheese all tasted odd. I have ordered pizza from this location manytimes with no issues but this pizza is not edible. I called to ask if we could have store credit and they could come pick pizzaup as we can?t eat it. I paid $7 for delivery and $4 tip. The manager said no and wouldn?t give me store credit so now I willfight the charges with my bank and will never order pizza from here again. There are plenty of pizza options in the area tochoose from that I can spend $25 and actually eat. I am 7 months pregnant and very disappointed that me and my family do nothave dinner now.
