first time ordering at Hungry Howie's and first time eating Hungry Howie's in over 15 years. Enjoyable experience: really liked... the online and phone interface and ability to customize the order. The staff made sure my order was perfect. The pizza was hotand they exceeded my expectations when the ETA was 40 minutes and the pizza was delivered in 25 minutes. Further, myneighborhood is notoriously difficult to enter and navigate and the delivery person was very cordial and found my place withminimal difficulty. Overall, a positive experience. Will definitely consider this location again. Read more

Hit or miss for sure. I've had absoulte garbage pizza from here before. They're not even picking up right now supposed to be 2... more hours till they close. The troy location is way way better. Read more
This location is hit or miss. Some orders are awesome and some are not so much. The last two attempts were enough to make me... not want to risk it again. First was a pizza with no sauce no flavored crust I wanted and just blan tasting. Then recently Iordered again got two pizzas and cheesy bread. The pizzas were dreadful I wasn't sure if it was just my imagination so on slicetwo of my. Pizza I was like wow this is terrible sauce tasted sour. Flavors were way off. Kids cheese pizza was bad too. Breadwas almost on point we all ate that just lacked usual amount of Seasoning. I decided to call and say hey last two Times Iordered its Ben subpar I explained myself. The man said well waht are you wanted out of this a new meal refund ect.. I saidstore credit would be fine ( even giving myself another chance at them. In the future) and he put me on hold to come. Back andsaid bring the entire meal back up for a refund. We all shared the bread so we didn't have the entire meal at that point. Let me start off by saying that the workers there are ALWAYS respectful curtious and kind! Always have fast service and hot... food! The food tonight was very good and usually always is good. I would definitely recommend anyone to give them a try it isvery good for "cheap fast food pizza chain". Probably one of the best. Read more
We ordered last night online and when the pizza arrived, it didn't have all the toppings requested that was also on our receipt.... I called to let them know and they offered to make us a whole new pizza. They quickly made us a new one and had it deliveredwithin like 30 minutes.
