I swere i call 20x in a row and noone answers the phone... its a quarter till 6 i know they are open. This happend before so i... figured they must have been really busy so i walked in there just to find out noone else was there i was the only customer. Theyeither got less busy really fast, or are just to lazy to answer the phone period. I have no complaints as far as the food goesits always been on point, but they need to work on answering their phone. Read more
Friday 8/12/22 Two guys were real helpful. Ordered 2 subs, number 7 and 13, Mikes way toppings on the side. Both subs were... great. The guy who helped me out was great, mads the order perfectly. I have been here a few times now and I keep having a bad experience. I believe in giving a place another shot but geeze these... guys can't seem to get it together. This time I ordered a chicken Philly no green onions and we'll I certainly did not getchicken. I got a beef Philly and the man at the counter over charged me assuming I wanted chips and I did not. The service here has slowly evolved to the bottom of the barrel. Three consecutive times my order has been wrong and today they... forgot 1 out of the 2 subs. The flippant response I received from the manager was "well it's a door dash order the best I cando is a refund". Last week it was "well if you'd like to drive up here....". How hard is it for someone to check the bag? Howhard is it to provide service that goes above and beyond. To make matters worse the corporate office hides behind the internetwith zero ability to speak to a human. I had an online order, my mom is allergic to eggs, I didn?t think about it when I ordered at first. I called, I believe I talked... to Derek, in the middle of a lunch rush he was focused on figuring out if the bread contained her allergy. Some of the bestcostumer service I have seen in awhile! I had an Excellent Philly cheese steak here. The soda does not have any high fructose corn syrup or artificial flavors. Good... stuff. I will definitely be coming back here soon. The staff was also friendly and efficient. Read more

First time trying Jersey mikes. You can tell it?s good because they were so busy. The 3 workers were working their best trying... to get through the lunch rush. We didn?t mind waiting, I could tell they were working hard. Food was great will come back hereagain to try other subs. Read more
