If I could give zero stars I absolutely would l. I ordered at 11:20 with an hour time gap of when I wanted the subs delivered... this was ample time to get them made and to my house that?s literally walking distance from this place. At 11:30 my phonenotified me they were out for delivery (umm what?) They showed up 30-45 min late. I called the store to see where they were as Iwas expecting them between 12:15-12:30 and it was now 12:55. The first employee told me my subs were still there (lol what?)then she hands the phone to the manager who confirms my address and says they?re on their way. I asked what is the point ofallowing people to schedule delivery or have the motto freaky fast delivery when it?s clearly freaky slow delivery. Manager said?we can?t guarantee when your order will be delivered? ma?am what? I gave you plenty of time to make a 2 min drive delivery?it?s not my fault y?all can?t handle the job expectations. Then she proceeded to tell me ?freaky fast delivery? is no longer aslogan they use. LOL WHAT?! Your rewards program literally is called FREAKY FAST REWARDS, and your cups LITERALLY promote?freaky fast? Like I?ve never talked to someone so ignorant sounding in my life, but I will never order from this locationagain. The delivery driver has to deal with her? I feel bad for him because he?s a nice dude. She?s rude and combative insteadof just admitting she messed up and apologize. She didn?t even apologize one single time, she just argued instead. Worstcustomer service EVER. If you don?t like Customer service ma?am get a new job, you?re not fit for that position. Read more
The food took forever to get to me (1mile away) - (over an hour) without any updates. I probably should have walked there.

Got food poisoning today from the new Chicken Caesar wrap. I will never order here again. This is the worst case I've ever had.
We will never order from the 12 mile, Madison Heights location again. We paid for extra Vito meat and cheese, we only got extra... meat. No extra cheese, barely any veggies, no extra mayo or mustard packets as requested. It was dry as if they forgot the oiland vinegar and the driver just left it on the porch. I come to this Jimmy John's because they have a drive-thru and I have two crazy kids and every time I order the plain tuna slim... I barely get any tuna. And for $7 thats a RIP OFF. This time they asked if I wanted cheese, i asked if there's a charge she saidno I paid and then I saw the receipt got charged for cheese. Read more
Ordered here last week and the associate that took my order via drive through was unprofessional and seemed like she hated my... guts simply because I was...ordering food...from a business that sells food. Also this location is not open until 10PM onSundays. I?ve gone twice before a little past 8PM and they are closed. Read more
