Have been to plenty of Jimmy John's and this was the least clean and smelled like wet dog when I arrived. Placed an online order... only to arrive to her saying she was just going to make it. I was the only order and customer so it should have definitely beenready by the time I arrived but that's fine. However it was not "freaky fast" and took forever to make two club lulus and aplain slim. Usually I'm more than happy with Jimmy John's but not on this occasion. Takes more than an hour to get a delivery from this location. I could literally drive to Meijer, purchase my own ingredients,... make a sandwich and eat it in less time than it takes these clowns to get their act together. Don't bother with them. Read more

I?ve been to a lot of Jimmy johns. Never had a bad experience until my visit with this one today. Told me to ?hold on? in the... drive thru. Then the guy comes back in the speaker and acts like it?s an inconvenience that I asked for a coke with my sandwich?Didn?t ask if I wanted chips. Just super rude. Then to top it all off the girl that handed me my sandwich just says ?here?. I?mlike ?thank you? Have a great day!? Because everyone seems to be having a terrible day there. I?ll drive completely out of myway gas prices and all just to avoid this Jimmy John?s and I suggest everyone do the same. ***** my order was also wrong. Gone here multiple times. This time for some reason the woman taking the order couldn't hear me and was rude as hell. I repeated... my order 4 times and she would get louder every time she reprimanded me to speak louder. The speaker is lower than my vehicle.My order was short and not that hard and she repeated it back to me correctly. I will go to the other location until she is gonehonestly fix your attitude. She won't be there long. Lol Read more

I placed an order for me and my co workers Friday and we waited an hour and ten minutes until we called asking what was going... on. An employee named Taylor answered saying how a driver went home early due to bad weather conditions, so they were down adriver. They gave us credit and we decided to place an order again today. We called at 11 and it is now almost noon. This placeis absolutely ridiculous when it comes to communication with there customers and they do not have "freaky fast delivery" Read more

John R Madison heights location is my go to since it's close to my work and they deliver. Today I'm writing to commend Mitchell,... who was the only employee that was staffed during the afternoon, so no delivery today. He did an amazing job taking care of thedrive thru and got my order fixed quickly. Other customers came but he felt with everyone with a smile. Read more

Another great job by this location. They deliver a half hour late so that they miss my actual break time, even after having two... hours from when I put in my order before delivery was needed, and after an hour goes by with my food sitting outside before Ican get to due to its being late, they didn?t even bother to include the chips that supposed to go with the order. This is not astore that cares about their customers or their job performance. Read more

I'm on the fence on how to review this place. Staff are polite and friendly. So 5 stars there. They were gloves when they... prepare your meals. So 5 stars there. They price points are decent. So 4 stars there. Taste is pretty darn good. So 4.5 starsthere. But after consuming my tuna lettuce wrap ..I had a weird taste in my mouth and felt extremely ill afterwards.Unfortunately, 1 star there. Would I consider going back and giving them another try possibly. You guys should also considerhaving a rewards or loyalty program in place for patrons to join. Read more
