First off, I ordered an 8 piece. Wasn't told until after I paid at the window that all they had was wings and breast left. Okay,... fine. I get its late and they close in around an hour. Get home to discover they only gave me 1 gravy for 2 orders of mashpotatoes. Really? Is this the brand standard now?? I'm not happy. Update. Over a month later.. over a month later ordereddrums and thighseal, but got wings and drums with biscuits. Does anyone ever get what they ordered from this location? I haven't ordered KFC in so long and was disappointed. Chicken was old and Mac/cheese had burnt pieces everywhere. How can they... serve this kind of food. I am sure they wouldn't eat it so why give it out. Make new ones and keep things fresh.. not goodbusiness at all. Even the biscuit was hard. At least corn was good. Everything else went in garbage!! One of the best KFC..the only thing is that the lady that takes your order, goes too fast and rushes you ( but she has GREAT... customer service) that's why I gave them a five star because the food is EXCELLENT and the customer service is great! ***UPDATE 7/26/22*** Unfortunately I have to take some stars away, I got there right at opening, and they got my order wrong, theygave me yesterday waterdown burnt mac and cheese and old cole slaw. My husbands strawberry lemon had no flavor it was water. Butthe customer service was good! Food VERY poor quality and waste of money. Read more
I pass several KFC's from my home to get to this one. They consistently out perform others by serving fresh chicken ???? and... meals even though they are always busy. You've got a great team here so keep it up please! ???????? Read more
Not sure what happened to this location, but the food is terrible now. The Chicken seems to always be burned and old. Sides... look disgusting and I'm pretty sure they were from the day before. It was pretty embarrassing & disappointing bringing thishome to my family. I felt terrible throwing the food away because it was so bad, the biggest waste of money. This locationneeds to be inspected for sanitation, because someone will get sick from this food. I will be calling KFC HQ, and OaklandCounty health department about this. Read more

This KFC location is clean and well managed. Staff are polite and professional. Their dining room is clean and updated. We... visit this location from Canada and the menus are really different! The portions and prices are reasonable and the food isalways made to order. I like the fact that the location still has the small fill bowls. Also if you get a chance try theMountain Dew sweet lightning, it taste like back in the days Timmies carbonated peach drink. It would be nice to see KFC offersome hot flavored items as the Nashville hot could be a notch or two hotter. Read more
