So I have condiments at home BUT still if I'm missing sauce entirely on my burgers that I ordered as normal I feel like I should... NOT have paid full price. Went there for a quick bite in the early afternoon and ate inside. I ordered from a kiosk and wiped my table down as all of the... tables there were not clean. They called me up for my order shortly after, however the fries and nuggets were not fresh. I askedfor fresh food and waited another 15 minutes for it. I went back up and asked for my food again and they got it out about 5minutes after that. I then asked for a refill on my drink and was told that they don't offer refills at this location. This was the first time I ate inside a McDonald's since the pandemic since a lot of them have been closed inside the whole time.... Literally every single table was dirty. We ordered on the kiosks and it told us to grab a table tent and there were none. Theyweren't even that busy and no employees came out to check on the dining room the whole time we were there. Honestlylaughable. As far as the food, its always a toss up on whether it'll be fresh or not at pretty much any McDonalds I go to. Myburger was a bit dry. Read more
This is a new location in Madison Heights but the people taking and giving orders need additional help. Order Strawberry Shake... and once at the window to receive I was told no Strawberry sauce so no Strawberry Shake. She did offer me other options and theyshort us 1 fry. I just walked into your lobby, employee on fries stuffing her mouth with fries. Then proceeded to bag customers food at the... drive thru. Down right nasty. I?m still in the parking lot. I did not order a thing. She never knew I was standing therewatching. Read more
They wouldn't even serve me because I was a walk through the drive through. Where else do I order, if you still have your doors... closed and you are the only Mc Donald's that I know who won't serve a walk through. These guys just haven?t figured it out. I stop here in the morning and EVERY morning it?s the same thing, slow slow slower lack... luster service, unbelievably slow service. There?s one guy really happy, heck, they?re all happy in there; if you find yourselfin the drive through your probably wondering what?s taking so long. Also the food hasn?t been consistent to top itoff. 10/05/21, waiting , Waiting, leaving. I?ve determined that if you want to be disappointed go to this McDonald?s if youdon?t want to be disappointed then steer clear of this McDonald?s. This McDonald?s sucks..!!! Went through the drive through (which was packed) ordered a Quarter Pounder meal and the hamburger... and cheese weren?t even cooked. It was cold. Went back inside and kindly asked for another one as this one was cold. They tookcare of it all. 5 minutes later (total of 15 minutes) I had my meal. Small fry this time and not a medium as I ordered. Got tomy car and took a bite and it was the same thing. Completely uncooked and not even warm. I?m talking cold as ice cubes. I?llnever go back to this McDonald?s again!!! Do yourself a favor and don?t go here either. It?s a brand new place as well. What,there grills don?t work or the workers don?t work, which one is it?
