So I walk in and the first person cleaning the floor says go ahead and place order here and points to the closest counter. ... Second person walks over and says they?re closed even though it?s still 10 minutes before closing, open sign still on butinstead makes me leave and locks the door. Read more

Management is horrible with a very nasty attitude! She greets you at the ?Order Here? register by saying if you?re ready to... order you can head down there to the cashier to a person who barely knows how to take your order properly. Anyway I still got myfood my order was incorrect I ordered a medium fry I only receive a small portion of overcooked brown fries, my sub was wrong, then when I asked for my food to be made properly I just decided to get a refund she goes to say how did you pay? like thetender type isn?t at the bottom of the receipt just very rude and with a nasty attitude I will not be back to this location. Update 9.27.2022: So I once again tried this Penn Station location and once again came away disappointed. I ordered pretty much... the simplest sub one can get (plain cheesesteak w/ multigrain bread) and received the wrong sub packaged with my name on it (seepicture). Are grilled subs really this hard? Previous update: Terrible management at this location. Hours are wrong on Google, online ordering does not work, they never answer the phone, and last time I was actually able to order cause they were open itwas bizzaro world. What do I mean? There were five customers in the restaurant, all had masks on, there were four employees, none had masks on. It was like I was working for Penn Station. Do not recommend this location, I still like Penn Station subsfrom other locations. Read more

Why didn't they have my jalapeño peps. If they did. that sub would've been absolutely slaptacular and a 5 star rating... mandatory. Read more

The subs we had were extremely flavorful. Looking at my wife?s Steak and Cheese, at first glance, appeared to be skimpy on the... meat, however the sandwich was tasty. My wife would not have hesitated to complain if it didn?t meet her standards. I had theClassic Italian off the grill with the multi-grain roll. OUTSTANDING! Flavor poured out of it, the pepperoni, ham, and hardsalami hot were juicy and tasty. The only negative was the fries. They were either over cooked or the oil needed to bechanged. They were too brown and not fluffy inside. Will go back again. Read more

Best sub shop! Wish they were open later than 5PM but staffing is an issue for all businesses right now. Get the cheesesteak... sub. The fries are the best and the lemonade is to die for. Prices are very reasonable. Read more

Food is good and services is good. They are very skimpy on their meat. I would say they used under a cup of ultra thin sliced... and chopped beef, couldn't hardly see the meat in the cheese. Sub bun is ultra small diameter. I bought a 10" sub and it wasnot impressive at all. So 10" sub, small fries and small pop $13.50 ish closer to $14 I believe. I would not recommendspending your hard earned money here, the prices are out-of-line. I could have gone to any other sub joint 20% -30% cheaper. Read more
